The staff was not very accommodating with our reservations, we just needed to add an additional guest and he proceeded to try to charge us double the rate than what it would be if just reserved an additional room through Expedia . We asked for a refund instead of paying tha outrageous rate . I had high hope for this place but after that I will rethink my visit here .

The locals around the area know not to stay here. Certainly do not recommend. As an all inclusive resort, you only have 1 water bottle in your room. The AC in the room does not cool properly. If there is heavy rain your room will flood. The only meals there that were decent were breakfast. We didn’t even bother with lunch. Dinner every night was a solid 1/10 in taste. The drinks at the bar were questionable. Do not stay here.

Volvería ni que me regalaran la estadía volvería un lugar que deja mucho que decir ejemplo los room muy sucios baños Dios mío para que les cuento pasillos horrible comida de muy muy mala calidad que fue lo que me gustó la vegetación si así como tienen green área tuvieran los room fuera otro cuento lamentablemente nesecitan poner más atención a los room y a la comida es mi humilde OPINIÓN

The hotel was very old and not clean, dead flys at the buffet plates area. Food wasn’t good, no waiters at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The property needs a complete update. It appears that they do not equipped to welcome other nation beside Latino. They assumed everyone who go there speaks Spanish. This is a big issue because if you do not speak their language; it' s going to be hard. Just a few of the staff can express themselves in English.

The hotel is far away from other tourist places but it was a beautiful hotel on the beach. The food was great, the pool wasn’t too crowded and the drinks were readily available. Only downsides are that the dance club opened up too late and the beds were hard.

Food and attention was great, but Employees are nor so coordinated on the information they provide to new guests The wifi signal is too weak in rooms Not all beds had sheets when we arrived. We had to request sheets for the beds missing them and it took 3 hours to get them The beach front wall is all destroyed by the sea water Some of the amenities like the Thai restaurant that are advertised, were not open The shower curtain was missing and the water splashed all over the bathroom when the shower was used
