The rooms were not what I reserved. They are falling apart. The water faucet from the kitchen was unable to be closed. I needed to walk to reception since there is no wi fi or phone services available. Do not take any of the rooms of floor I. Especially room 318 and 319. And I do not recommend any service from Acapulconexion.

Reembolsl del hotel

Me fue muy mal por que no dormi ni una noche en el hotel por el huracán, ojala me pueden ayudar con el reembolso por que la situacion fue muy fea, nos dejaron en la calle y eso no ea justo,entiendo la tragedia pero nos dejaron a nuestra suerte y eso no es justo por el pago realizado, aparte el edificio parece de papel, todo destrozado, exijo ayuda para resolver mi tema.

La verdad el hotel es una chulada yo siempre que voy a Acapulco me hospedó en este hotel y reservo por xpedia normal pero en esta ocasión nos quisimos quedar otros días y no había habitaciones ni con xpedia ni con otra agencia encontré xpedia con acapulconexioneste y fue mi error aparte de carísimo acapulconexion tiene las peores habitaciones de este hotel me la dieron sin limpiarla entras y te preguntas por está pocilga pague tanto una habitacion que se está cayendo a pedazos todo viejo oxidado el aire acondicionado por obra de dios funciona y no se ha caído sin cocineta el refri está trabajando horas extras viejisimo la cama con polvo con animalitos terminamos todos picoteados con ronchas nunca hicieron el aseo la chapa de la puerta no se podía abrir osea no les pedimos regalado te dan dos jaboncitos del más corriente de los corrientes y un rollo de papel L del más barato que vende la tres b de verdad que porquería de agencia si no tienen habitaciones dignas mejor retirense son un fraude yo creo otro hotel de dos estrellas o uno me hubiera dado unahabitacion mejor una opinión personal para la agencia xpedia retiren la sociedad que tienen con xpedia los están haciendo quedar mal en el hotel las señoritas de recepción cuando vas por xpedia normal te tratan de una manera diferente te dan habitaciones preciosas todo acordé al precio y te brlndanuna atención de acuerdo a xpedia de calidad

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones deterioradas, .e entregaron una habitación con la televisión dañada, en el baño se estancaba el agua terminaron rompiendo el lavabo los de limpieza y me terminaron cambiando de habitación en donde lo único que no servía era el aire acondicionado.

No tenía tapa el escusado, había cucarachas en el baño, no servía el teléfono para hablar con un servidor para pedir el carro al estacionamiento o hablar si necesitábamos algo, no hay red wifi no servía la tele, no había agua caliente. No volvemos a llegar con conexión Acapulco

POR FAVOR NO GASTES ACÁ TU DINERO

NO RECOMENDABLE MUY MAL TODO La recepción es fuera de hotel la ropa de cama luce sucia y muy desgastada la limpieza en la habitación es terrible sumamente sucio hay cucarachas en la habitación los canceles del baño con oxido y hongos el desagüe de la regadera tapado todo el tiempo hay un olor a cocina muy desagradable mobiliario viejo y en muy mal estado
