Don’t take the chance to book this place. Received a confirmation booking…arrived at 5:53 and the gate would not let us in because we did not have an apartment number given to us. The confirmation printed out/receipt was not good enough. Called the front desk and the receptionist said there was no booking under my name. Since we were from out of country and had no where to go stayed in the parking lot trying to talk to someone or find out who we rented the apartment to. The people at the gate extremely helpful and got the management to come out. This was 2 hours later. Manager called owner and had it on speaker and the owner of apartment said they have never rented it on Expedia and did not have our reservation. Manager said must have been fraud that someone took pictures of the apartment and posted online that’s why we didn’t receive apartment number. I recorded this whole thing for proof of what was happening. We ended up at another apartment building not associated with the villagio. When I called to get my money refunded through Expedia, Expedia said the villagio said there was no fraud and I had arrived late which is not true at all. So beware. I have time stamps on my Life360 on when I arrived and how long I was there for. Expedia did refund me since I had insurance on my stay. But thought I would warn others to stay away from here.
