Lovely staff, but the hotel needs some love.

The bar also doesn't show the football, which is a massive pain.

Poor breakfast
Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsBreakfast was extremely poor. Cheap cornflakes, cheap awful sausages, bacon tasteless, no hash browns, cold raw fried potatoes & all cold. Room was great & sleep was good, food was not. Would stay again but would eat elsewhere.

The spa day was well organised and staff where lovely

Nice pleasant place and staff. Some noise late night from other guests with door slamming.

Customer service was not the level expected!
Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was good size and very clean. Welcome desk was friendly but later overall service went downhill. I complained about toilet door not locking, it was never fixed and in the entire stay I was someone will come to fix it. On the last days when I complained, reception was unapologetic and said fine. Also women at Spa reception was extremely unpleasant and not welcoming at all. If we asked any question, felt like she was telling us off. We could clear see she didn’t wanted us there. So we only visit spa and pool one day. Breakfast staff was very welcoming, but spa reception (just that women) attitude was very disappointing. Cleaning service team was very pleasant and friendly.
