Welcome to the beautiful Villa "Carolla", our stylish fully furnished four bedroom, eight person capacity, three bathroom villa with abundance of space and amenities in the beautiful, scenic tranquil and traditional town of La Caleta in Southern Tenerife.

If you are after a tranquil, traditional, peaceful holiday with close by beautiful restaurants and sea views then you are looking at the right villa!

The Villa is extremely private, has its own private pool, several relaxing and private sunning areas, located all over the villa on the ground floor, first floor and top floor.

There is a built-in BBQ and plenty of bench seating towards the back of the Villa perfect for times when you prefer to eat in and cook yourself. To the front of the villa, over the front dining table is a retractable canopy, for those times you want to be out of the sun or just seeking a few quiet moments, relaxing with a glass of wine or whichever is your preferred tipple or just some time out of the sun to read a book!

Is this Villa for you? The wonderful thing about the location of the Villa, and the Villa itself is how perfect it is for all ages and guests. Whether you're a family, a couple, a mature group there is something for everyone. For families with children, the nearest beach with water sports is a 10 minute walk away, for couples wanting to relax there is a sea-front relaxed bar only a stones throw away for lunch or drinks but also relaxed enough for families. For our more 'mature' guests, everything you need is on the ground floor so there is no need to go upstairs so great for those with walking difficulties.

Whether you have booked a villa before or not, we take pride in making sure your holiday at Villa Carolla is relaxing and joyful and we take pride in how many returning guests that we receive. I will try to make sure from booking to landing at the villa you have a stress free holiday and are happy to answer any questions. Despite the Villa being able to cater for many, we also welcome smaller bookings, e.g. for a couple/couples.

Home comforts: There is super fast broadband/wi-fi now installed and a 'smart' TV to let you watch practically any programme you wish, especially useful for entertaining children (and adults alike!).

How is the villa laid out? There are three bedrooms downstairs based on the ground floor, a main house bathroom with large walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms has twin single beds, the second room has a double bed and the master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and private bathroom with plenty of cupboard and storage space. All bedrooms have fans to make sure you can keep cool and get to sleep easily at night!

Upstairs is a further double bedroom with en-suite and a large private dressing room. The private upper sun terraces offer stunning sea views to the front.This is perfect for multiple families wanting to go away together as this bedroom is very private away from the other master bedroom to ensure ultimate privacy.

Amenities: Just a two minute walk to the harbour promenade and several upmarket restaurants and stylish Spanish tapas bars. If you are wanting a true, traditional and authentic taste of Tenerife cuisine there is a host of restaurants and don't worry there is a super mixture of restaurants to suit all palettes. La Rosso is a fantastic Italian which is less than a two minute walk, with views overlooking the ocean, Thai Restaurant (this is one of our favourites), Fish Restaurants and Tapas for when you're not quite sure what you fancy.

For the golfers... Costa Adeje Golf club is a five min drive and Aqua Water Park and the new Siam Water Park only a 10 min drive. There is a regular bus service into nearby Los Cristianos and surrounding areas or grab a taxi at either end of the village.

The supermarket for your daily needs is just a 5 minute walk away, where you will also find an ATM machine at the local hotel - ideal if you don't want to carry too much cash.

We could gush about our lovely Villa all day and we visit the Villa several times a year for our holidays so the Villa is kept to extremely high standards and I want you to be as impressed as we are every time we visit. Maison agréable et bien placée

La maison est conforme à nos attentes, et dans un village sympathique qu'est La Caleta. Nous avons regretté l'absence totale de produit basique (eau, huile, sel..) pour notre arrivée ainsi que la qualité du ménage.

TrÚs agréable maison mais départ odieux

Un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve, une maison agrĂ©able, bref tout se passe Ă  merveille, nous avons la visite du technicien de la piscine, qui sonne, se prĂ©sente aimablement, demande si il peut intervenir, bien Ă©levĂ©, un plaisir. Nous voyons Ă©galement les jardiniers s'affĂ©rer dans le jardin, ils font discrĂštement ce qu'ils ont Ă  faire et partent comme ils sont venus... Jusqu'au dernier quart d'heure, nous sommes enchantĂ©s d'avoir choisi cette villa. Dernier jour, 13 heures, nos bagages sont prĂȘts, nous commençons Ă  ranger la cuisine quand rentre une tornade vocifĂ©rant, non pas dans la langue de Cervantes, non, dans celle de Shakespeare. Agressif, mal Ă©levĂ© qui nous faisait le reproche de ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©jĂ  partis, (nous avions bien sĂ»r l'accord de la propriĂ©taire qui nous laissait la libre disposition puisque notre avion partait Ă  18 heures, aucun appel ou sms de sa part modifiant cet accord). Ce Monsieur nous reprochait Ă©galement d'avoir laissĂ© un fond d'apĂ©ritif dans une bouteille, mais prenait soin de mettre de cĂŽtĂ© les produits alimentaires non ouverts que nous avions laissĂ©s dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, dommage pour lui, nous l'avons vu, ce sera donnĂ© Ă  quelqu'un de plus aimable. Nous comprenons alors pourquoi, contrairement aux autres locations que nous avons occupĂ©es Ă  Tenerife depuis 1998, cette derniĂšre est dĂ©sertĂ©e par tous les produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ©... Ce personnage rustre, qui ne fait mĂȘme pas l'effort de parler la langue du pays dans lequel il vit et travaille, doit ĂȘtre: ou simplement un personnage fruste, impoli, sans aucune Ă©ducation ni connaissance de la courtoisie ou sous l'empire d'un Ă©tat alcoolique,.. nous nous sommes posĂ©s la question (?)...Il a mĂȘme jetĂ©, de rage, mon iPhone qui Ă©tait encore branchĂ© sur la table... Ce personnage jette le discrĂ©dit sur le sĂ©rieux de cette location en tout cas c'est regrettable pour la propriĂ©taire, non seulement nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expĂ©rience, mais en plus nous tiendrons Ă  le faire savoir Ă  nos amis (petite colonie française qui comme nous, vient depuis des annĂ©es) Aucun de nous n'a jamais connu une telle situation au cours de nos nombreux sĂ©jours Ă  Tenerife, c'est dĂ©cevant et pitoyable.

Villa trÚs agréable

IdĂ©alement placĂ©, dans un environnement calme, cette villa est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour une grande famille ou plusieurs couples d amis. Avec ses diffĂ©rentes terrasses, chacun peut trouver son intimitĂ©. Vue mer sur les terrasses de l Ă©tage. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ© et proche de la mer et des belles plages de l Île, la piscine est trĂšs bien entretenue et de bonne dimension. Le quartier propose de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs Ă  l Ă©coute et rĂ©pond trĂšs vite aux demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison, et y retournerons sĂ»rement pour un prochain sĂ©jour Ă  Tenerife

Lovely week spent in villa Carola with family celebrating a birthday.The Villa is very well equipped, clean and well prepared. It's in a lovely location with bars and restaurants within walking distance. No need to hire a car. Taxi rank situated close by. Karen the owner was very easy to contact and answered all my questions promptly. Karen arranged for balloons, wine, and goodies for the grandchildren to help celebrate my special birthday. Lovely Villa in a great location

We had a lovely stay in this 4 bed villa close to the sea, restaurants etc. Its in a quiet location (La Calta) but with easy reach of all the main attractions). The house has everything one could need and the pool and outside spaces are great too.

A wonderful week at Villa Carolina.

What a great property!! We hadn’t booked with Vrbo before when we came across Karen’s property. Karens speedy communication was so reassuring. From the moment we booked she was always on hand to answer any questions we might have. In the lead up to our holiday Karen even sent photographs of the cot set up for my baby which was so kind of her. When we arrived everywhere was spotless and you could smell how clean it was!! Karen had even gone the extra mile with leaving treats for my two daughters. So kind!! We had a great week, the property was absolutely perfect for us and we absolutely loved “La Caleta“. We had an online supermarket delivery, take away as and sampled many of the local restaurants. We also enjoyed walks to the beach. Our favourite was a 25 min walk to Playa del Duque. A wonderful week and hope to come again!

Exceeded our expectations

It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. We were a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 mixed age teens. The kids loved the deep, clean pool, amazing TV range, good sized bedrooms and the fact they could travel by bus and be independent. The adults loved it all! Especially the comfy mattresses and variety of spaces.

Amazing pool in scenic area

We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen well stocked, there were plenty of towels and everything you practically needed. The pool was absolute perfection and was serviced twice whilst we were there for ten days. The villa was big enough for two families the size of ours. The upstairs bathroom looked as though it had been renovated since the photos we saw, but with two showers on the ground floor we hadn't needed to use it. We only used the upstairs outside area on a couple of evenings, but the view over the rooftops was beautiful at dusk. Karen was fantastic at getting back to us very quickly if needed. La Caleta itself was beautiful. Our holiday was quiet and peaceful, but with restaurants and bars right there if needed. The locals all swam off the flat rocks nearby, but I wasn't quite brave enough. For promenade walks, La Caleta was perfect. For sea swimming, we preferred to get a taxi for about 10 euros to Fanabe beach nearby, but we were very happy to get back to our pristine, spacious villa at the end of the day. Don't miss brunch at Bloom opposite, it was delicious!

Beautiful villa, lovely and clean with all the essentials you need. Pool is amazing. Plenty of different seating areas. The pictures really don't do the villa justice. The owner Karen has been fantastic from start to finish. We will be returning.

Wonderful house and area.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. short walk to the black sand beach. The house itself was roomy and had everything we needed (5 adults and 3 children) and Karen answered immediately with any questions. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed the pool along with my husband. The whole experience was great!!! I'd recommend to anyone.

The villa is located right in the centre of La Caleta. This is a lovely area which is more suited to adults than children, there are numerous really nice bars and restaurants but not many that cater for youngsters. The sea is only a two minute walk, there is a beach about 10 minute walk away. The villa itself gets mixed reviews, much of it was lovely, the outside space is great, the pool was lovely and it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, there is plenty of outdoor seating including a terrace on the upper level and a bbq which was great. The downstairs bedrooms were really nice, and the bathrooms had obviously been renovated, the bedroom on the first floor was horrible, it was like going from a four star bedroom downstairs to a two star bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom was a reasonable size but had a 4’ bed which was very small for a couple, the upstairs en-suite was also very dated. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including a washing machine which is very useful when travelling with children. The lounge area was comfortable but again quite dated. On the whole we had a good stay but would suggest the lounge and upstairs bedroom need updating.

Perfect location

This villa is in the perfect location in the heart of La Caleta. It is well equipped and very spacious. The owner, Karen, was fantastic at communicating with any questions I had and her support team are so friendly. We have booked again for the new year. We can’t wait. The only downside is the pool being unheated but that is a very minor downside.

We have had a lovely holiday. The house was great. Location super and communication with the host was perfect. We travelled with 2 young childeren, the baby cots and the swimming pool where perfect for this.
