Important Information : We would like to inform you that construction work has started outside the complex since last week. A small shopping center is being built in this area. Please be advised that noise may occur during the construction period. However, the construction site does not affect the apartments or the complex itself. Apartment with a sea view near shopping, beaches and buses
Checking-in was flawless. The apartment was clean in a fabulous location. The agent said that the interior will be updated in the next few months which should improve the aesthetics and the size of the bedroom (The bedroom was extremely small - only 35 cm between each side of the bed and the wall). It had a large terrace for sunbathing and dining and the building was quiet. The kitchen was adequately furnished with pots/pans, a toaster, an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, and a new washing machine that worked well. Internet was included and worked fine. Access to the beach was a delightful five-minute walk.
We would rent it again in a heartbeat once the renovation takes place because the location was prime.
Excellent Apartment With Extremely Helpful Management
Firstly the only reason we only gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing is that the apartment has been recently renovated and in fact looks far better and much more modern now than in the online pictures. I’m sure Nikolai and his wonderful team at Novaten will be updating this shortly. The views from the balcony are what really make this apartment and we spent a lot of time enjoying sitting there with a drink or a meal I’d made on the brand new two burner Induction Hob.
There are two lifts to take you to floor 2 then another lift to take you the rest of the way to floor 6 where the apartment is situated. Easy access.
If there is a small grievance it is the amount of storage space. The bedroom is very small but equipped with a brand new very comfortable king size bed. The compromise is limited clothes storage. Perhaps Nikolai might consider a small drawer unit in the lounge to supplement the lack of storage in the bedroom.
Overall the apartment is clean fresh, modern and comfortable.
The Novaten team were amazing. We were the first to use the apartment since renovation and inevitably there were a number of snagging issues but on each occasion we raised something with Novaten the situation was rectified in a matter of hours.
So if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the Torviscas area of Tenerife in a modern well equipped comfortable apartment with an amazing view and the added benefit of a superb property management team, then this is the one for you.
