Quiet holiday home above Playa de las Américas in San Eugenio Alto in a prime residential area. Las Américas is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife. Ideal starting point for golf, tennis and water sports activities. The various beaches in Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos can be reached quickly. The famous "SIAM-Park" water park is in the immediate vicinity.
Large holiday home with a solar-heated pool in the best location. On approx. 110 m² the house has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 winter gardens, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor, from which the private pool can also be reached, are the living room, the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer and microwave), two winter gardens that can be used as a dining room and a shower room. The two bedrooms and the main bathroom with bathtub are on the upper floor. The pool, which only belongs to this house, is laid out on a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and Playa de Las Américas. Paid internet (1 € / day) via wifi.
