1. We had no "view" except of a broken fence. 2. There was no hot water ...we were not advised when booking in. We had to use our mobile to complain (there was no room telephone) only to be told that they were aware of it and it would eventually be fixed. 3. The bathroom sink was badly broken.It had been very roughly/unhygienically patched with off white silicone. 4. The bed had rollers that moved far too easily. So much so that by wife rose during the night, the bed suddenly moved and she fell on the floor abrading her arm necessitating self administered first aid at 4 am. There was no phone available to alert management 5. The carpet had NO underlay...which is a mandate for concrete floors. This exacerbated her injury. 6. The air conditioner was very noisy, one had to stand un-safely on a chair to turn it on to heat/cool. 7. The crockery was not properly washed. 8. The small bench upon which one prepared breakfast/coffe etc was sticky and badly marked/scratched. 9. The car parking space- minimal, our vehicle jutted out into the entry lane. We were in unit 1 10. We were charged a refundable $200 deposit on the room, which we were not previously informed about by expedia. We are STILL waiting for the refund a full week later. 11. The"service door"was not lockable meaning that the unit could easily be entered by anyone with a key or keen desire to get in.We didn't feel safe to leave, and had to reassure ourselves by blocking the door with a chair when we left.

It is what it is. The Dining and staff were excellent. But taking a $200 deposit for a very below average room was a bit over the top. The bathrooms are terrible. The tv my son’s room didn’t work, sound no pictures.

The property is a fair way from airport but that was our choice as it was handy to locations we needed to visit. Shower was terrible and needs work . Room very spacious and staff good. excellent hotel bistro but a little pricy but food excellent

For a low cost stopover this is your place. The rooms are tired and worn with stains on the walls, damaged sink, plumbing that rings and stutters, damaged bench top, and an overpowering mould smell. I woke the next day with a head ach from the smell, and tiny insects crawling all over my body and in my hair / beard. I was forced to buy some flee and tick wash to remove them
