It's a good cheap option for stays in Glenelg, there are a few minor negative points, but all easily overcome.

DIRTY !!! rooms, walls, doors and floor. Mouldy shower curtain. Shower screen not clean. Positive - only needed a bed for one night. Would not stay again.
