Good stay, inclusive of breakfast and a nice open bar area able to use for work which was helpful because the room was extremely dark - a very small window overlooking a building so no natural light, not a room you could spend any time in other than to sleep.

Great location

Stayed 6 nights for work trip. Great location to convention centre, casino, festival centre. Breakfast buffet good. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Unfortunately the TV wasn’t working one night which was inconvenient when having a night in. Also the bathroom linen was removed but not replaced.

Stayed here two nights, pros: convenient location and the hotel was clean. Cons: bed was terrible, far too soft and I woke up with a sore back both mornings, I did give the receptionist some feedback and she decided to then give me attitude for the remainder of my stay. The key cards to our room didn’t work and we had to go back down to reception 3 times after being told it was fixed. The first morning they didn’t have eggs at breakfast and was told noodles were a replacement. They only had soy milk as an alternative non-dairy milk. On a side note the Thai place downstairs was amazing.

We found this hotel to be in a handy location to the CBD and a short walk to Rundle Mall. As our flight arrived late into the night, we had to phone reception to let them know of our late arrival. Our room was very clean and was serviced daily. Our little gripe was that our body lotion container was not refilled for our last two days, despite it being empty. It was a bonus having breakfast included in the booking and made our stay in this hotel even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay. The room was lovely and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated that there was an option to not have housekeeping done to save water and energy.

Very happy with my stay; my room was modern and very clean, included breakfast was nice and the hotel had everything I needed at a great price. The location was great too, close to the convention centre and plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance.
