There was insufficient temperature control in the room. It was freezing cold. The fixtures in the bathroom are built for someone 6'6" tall and were almost impossible to reach.

Lovely hotel, good position to shopping mall. The area around doesn’t feel very safe from 6.39pm. Reception staff not at all friendly or very helpful. Rooms were not ready at 3pm and we were told they would ring us when they were ready. We had to go back and check with the Hotel a couple of times before we got into our rooms. No apologies given.
