Very nice, relatively new and convenient hotel location wise.
The restaurant part of the hotel is an added value for personalize breakfast. Highly recommend to stay there if you go to Adelaide.
Staff were generally excellent. Parking is a fair ways away. Expedia clients seem to get the rooms furthest from the elevators and in the back of the facility.
The room was very comfortable. Parking is not onsite in fact about 4 blocks away and is not inexpensive. Close to the downtown core so convenient that way, but not right by everything.
Ok location. About 10 minute walk to city centre and the same for central market. We stayed 3 nights and the cleaners didnt even clean our room once. Even when we asked for clean towels, they were left on the bed and our old towels were left on the floor in the bathroom. Overall, its a nice, clean hotel and would stay there again.
Reception staff were terrific. Room was nice with super comfy bed. The AC was a bit tricky and didn't go as cool as i like. Foxtel was pretty much unwatchable due to poor connection and unavailability of movies/shows which was a bit disappointing for a 2 night stay. Other than these minor things, very enjoyable stay.
The hotel is new, clean, and located in the area we wanted. The suite was spacious, just as we wanted. What baffles me is the apparent total absence of housekeeping. We were there 4 nights and never had trash removed, towels refreshed or items restocked. Having read other reviews before booking, i was (reluctantly) prepared for perhaps at 2 or 3 days. When that wasn't even what we experienced, in a "suite" no less, i put this hotel on the list of places not to stay - unless it's just for one night.
