House in Adervielle, Louron Valley, 980 m altitude
Set in the former schoolteacher’s house in the Louron Valley, we welcome up to 10 guests—ideal for families or groups. Located in the heart of a small, authentic Pyrenean village, you can enjoy numerous hiking trails for all levels right from your doorstep, without needing a car. Whether you love mushroom picking, skiing, wellness, fishing, gastronomy, mountain biking, cycling, trail running, or exploring Romanesque churches, everything is within 4 km.
The house is peaceful yet close to all amenities: shops and markets (Loudenvielle 5 min, Génos 3 min, Arreau 15 min), wellness center 5 min, ski resorts 15 min. In an hour, you can reach Spain or the Néouvielle massif. You’ll also enjoy an 800 m² garden.
The 170 m², recently renovated with natural materials (stone, wood, eco-friendly paint), offers spacious living areas. On the ground floor, enter through the laundry, workshop, and cloakroom (25 m²)—perfect for storing your gear. Then, a large 75 m² living area combines kitchen, dining, and lounge with pellet stove. A shower room with WC is at the end of the hall.
Upstairs, a space remains open for yoga, reading, singing, or other activities. Two bedrooms with three beds each and a mezzanine with two beds are available. The 90x200 cm beds can be joined or separated. A travel cot is available for babies. Two more beds are separated by screens: one 140x190 cm, and one boat bed 175x100 cm.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided. Cleaning is included. From October to May (inclusive), electricity is available for an extra charge.
