Small Single Family 2 bedroom home. Near HWY 223 and M-52

This cozy home has two bedrooms each with queen sized beds. Each bedroom has a window AC unit. The living area has a dinning room table for 6 and a sectional sofa with a pull out queen size bed. Also included is a Smart TV with basic cable. The bathroom is furnished with towels and washcloths. The kitchen includes plates, cups, utensils, and pots for cooking. Additional/specific supplies may be provided upon request.

This cozy home has a private driveway with enough parking for two or more cars.

Upon arrival we had still not received check in instructions. Because of this, we weren't able to access the home until the host sent the key code. I messaged many, many times without a response. After waiting at the property with our two children at 5:30pm, we decided to head to dinner without getting ready (because we couldn't). I contacted an agent with Vrbo who contacted the host. The host finally called with the key code, and sounded less than concerned. The home was absolutely freezing and the front window had a massive crack that was blowing in cold air. The property overall was less than nice. A hotel room would have been much better, and I would've be willing to pay much more if id if known! Would not recommend this host or this property.

Owner was very nice to deal with regarding check in. It was a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. The house could use some minor, cosmetic updates but was clean & convenient to our needs. But nothing that would stop us from staying here again.

Cute two bedroom house. Perfect for our wine weekend getaway. Two queen beds and a small sectional with pull out bed. Less than 15 minute drive to Flying Otter Winery. Other close wineries are Pentamere and Black Fire.

Just what we needed

Host was great to work with. We were in town just for the night and the house worked great for our needs. Came in late and left early so just needed a place to lay our heads. Would not recommend for a longer stay. Neighborhood was a little run down. The house is a bit run down as well but was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The house was as advertised! Older. Convenient location. Clean. Had a couple of minor issues
 smelled of smoke upon arrival but once the air purifier was turned on, smell went away. One of the door frames were broke which hendered the bedroom door to stay closed.

Perfect little house

This house is not fancy. IT IS clean, walking distance to a bunch of places and within 30 minutes of 100 (I exaggerate) lakes. Very reasonably priced. I recommend 👌

Great Place, Good Sleep!

We didn’t spend much time at the property, we used it more like a hotel. It was clean and very nice. So much better than staying at a noisy hotel. Beds were very comfortable too. Thank you for a great stay!

The inside was decent and somewhat nice , 2 bedroom with bath , kitchen and living room. We didn’t get a lock box number until 15 minutes before check in , I’m assuming the cleaning took that long . It was as better than staying in a hotel I guess . Very close to the cute downtown , some of the blinds were in need of replacing , the front porch was nice but was not swept the yard was terrible , weeds were very high . I wish there was a place for pictures . I’d probably stay somewhere else next time .

First walking in

When we walked in, we thought dated. As we walked through the kitchen I notice somethings on the top of the refrigerator. It was someone's mail, plus the refrigerator top was dirty.(I'm 6'2") As we looked in the cabinets we noticed only 3 big plates and 4 salad plates. When we walked into the dining/living room. We thought nice until we looked at the couch. It was filthy, we had to brush it all off. Bedrooms were small but functional. Overall we had a great weekend.
