Villa Fea - Beach Front Secluded luxury residence with spectacular sea views

Aegina, Aigina, Egina, Egine, or Ägina is the most magical island of the Saronic Gulf and is accessible from Piraeus by flying dolphin (hydrofoil ship) in 30 minutes and by boat in 1 hour.

The two-level seaside Villa Fea is located in Perdika, a picturesque seaside village on the south side of Aegina, approximately 8 km from the port.

Only 7 meters divide you from the coast and a stone staircase leads directly into the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The location is ideal for underwater diving and snorkeling for people who love marine life.

The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom.

All rooms overlook to a large terrace with a rock garden in the front and then the beach.

The first floor has 2 bright bedrooms (one double and the second with two single beds), 1 bathroom and 1 WC.

All bedrooms also have their own terraces, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
The villa includes everywhere A/C, TV, double glazed windows with screens and Wi-Fi.
all towels and sheets are washed with hot water at least 60C/ 140 F.

The decor is very meticulous. It can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 baby cots are available.

For visiting supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and taverns, no transport is needed. However local bus and taxis are available but you can achieve a low cost rentals for a car or a motorcycle.

Aegina has an excellent climate, natural beauty, sandy beaches, interesting archaeological sites, museums, monasteries and the famous medieval town Palaiochora.

You can taste many typical Greek cousine and sea food dishes in the taverns of Perdika.

A stone's throw from Perdika village (10 minutes by boat) is Moni island, covered with a pine forest, with wild beauty and unspoilt landscape. Unique residents of the island are peacocks, deer and goats. It’s a must to swim in the lovely organized beach which looks like a pool because the waters are so clean and calm.

La possibilitĂ© d’une Ăźle...

La maison de Maria Ă©tait en tout point conforme Ă  la description. Et tout est pensĂ© pour que l’on sente « comme Ă  la maison »... en mieux ! sauf si vous vivez dĂ©jĂ  face Ă  la mer. Le jardin est une magnifique surprise. Les bougainvilliers, les lauriers, l’Olivier, la collection de plantes grasses vous entourent comme un cocon et rendent cette maison et ses terrasses uniques.

Perfect house by the seaside.

Perfect location next to the sea. Very well equiped house. Plenty of space. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. The only thing we missed was a coupe of sunbeds.

Fantastic villa

Amazing location with direct access to the sea from the garden down a few steps. Great for snorkelling. Quirky with lots of artistic touches. High standard of rooms. A/C in every room. Wonderful views from the terrace. 5 mins walk to supermarket and less than 10mins to the harbour where there are very good places to eat and drink. Really enjoyed our stay.

We love Villa Fea and Can’t Wait to Return

The Villa is in an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle around Aegina Port but close to the restaurants and shops in Perdika. There are several semi-private spots for outdoor dining and lounging, and the ocean is literally right off the back porch. I hope that we can return to this lovely home soon.

Eine tolle Woche im Oktober!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist optimal, um AusflĂŒge zu den nahegelegenen StrĂ€nden oder zur Insel Moni zu unternehmen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die kinderfreundliche Besitzerin freut sich, wenn die Kleinen zum Einkaufen kommen. Danke, Maria fĂŒr diese wunderbare Woche.

Fantastic location!

An amazing house! It was fanastic to be so close to the sea and the snorkelling was amazing. A very short walk to the local bakery or supermarket. 10 mins walk to all the tavernas on the front at Perdika. We absolutely loved our stay - we are missing the house already!

Very comfortable and loveYhouse, right on the sea!

Absolutely our best rental in Greece. If you like swimming, this is the place. Unbelievable sunsets. Comfortable home for families with children, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. You will want a rental car or motorbikes for getting in to Aegina Town, which is a 15 minute drive away. Just perfect for what we were looking for! Thank you, Maria and Jimmy! Perfect

Maria’s house is the perfect vacation spot for everyone! Our toddlers had a blast being able to walk out the back door and into the water. It was also a short walk to the local beach where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and a few supermarkets. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with a private balcony that was perfect for early risers needing some alone time! The view every night at sunset is breathtaking. The house is in a perfect location and in a very quiet area! It is also next door to a small hotel/cafe where you can get coffee, ice cream and a little snack. The house lacked nothing, and we were even given a box of goodies to welcome us to our stay! We never wanted to leave!

Best holiday ever!

Everything was wonderful! The rooms with their balconies and patios gave us all space whether for reading, eating or playing games. Easy to walk round the corner to the sandy bay when it was too windy for our side and plenty of choice of restaurants and bars for watching the sun go down. Good to be met off the ferry by mr.Jimmy and welcomed to perdika and villa Fea. Everything about the villa and the holiday was perfect- thank you Maria

A lovely villa in a beautiful, quiet location with excellent swimming!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Maria's beautiful home. The villa was spacious, spotless and well equipped. We found a lovely welcome basket awaiting us and Maria had taken a lot of care to make the villa perfect for our stay. The location on the beach front is brilliant and the clear waters offer excellent swimming. The pretty local town of Perdika is an easy walk and the restaurants and cafes have a great relaxed atmosphere. We were met at the ferry by Maria's friend Jimmy, who took us to the villa and was extremely helpful during our stay. Highly recommended! Thank you for such a memorable holiday.
