HEATED POOL Grand Serenity is your Oasis on South Grand

We know that your family and friends will enjoy all that "Grand Serenity" has to offer, because it has been enjoyed by ours. Secluded living (only 2 neighbors in the vicinity), with lake access and lake views. Sitting on 5 acres, the Main House has approx.3000 sq. ft. of living space with 2 Large Queen bedrooms with Full Size Futons, Televisions, and they have Jack and Jill Bathrooms. 1 Queen bedroom with a set of bunk beds. 1 small Bedroom off of the Master that has a full size Futon Bed. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Television, and Sofa With hide a bed. The Master Bath includes large walk-in Shower and a Jacuzzi Tub.
We have a beautiful in ground Salt Water Pool that is 4.5 to 5 ft. deep, has two swim up bar stools with a granite bar, steps with railing and a sun shelf with bubbler's. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. The backyard is equipped with plenty of tables and seating, so you can entertain family and friends with a meal prepared in the outdoor kitchen, main house kitchen, or Pool House Kitchen.
That's right...The Pool House has a full kitchen! It also has 2 queen Murphy beds, big screen television, and bathroom with washer, dryer, small walk in closet, and large walk in shower.
There is plenty of yard for Corn hole, bad mitten, waffle ball, etc. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with grill, commercial griddle, 2 smokers, charcoal grill counter, ice box, table, etc. charcoal, propane, and pellets provided. We have a new fire pit for seating and making s’mores. A new Hot stub is outside the master with a small seating area with propane fire top..
events are allowed for an additional fee. NO Smoking in homes! Paper products will be supplied for guests and not restocked during stay.

Our extended family group of 11 had a great time at this lovely property! It was well stocked, had plenty of space for all, and we hung out at the pool and backyard area whenever we were there. Host was quick to reply to a few questions we had during our stay. A very relaxing long weekend!

Very quiet vacation near the lake.

My family stayed here over 4th of July. It is an excellent location with LOTS of space. Really well equipped house with lots of fun things to do. This is a great place for multiple families or large groups of people. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They made sure we had what we needed and were comfortable.

Perfect spot for a family weekend

Beautiful property with lots of space to play. Our family particularly enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the lake for our “boat adventure.” The little ones were enchanted by the fireflies that came out at dusk. Saw deer, bird watched. This was a great weekend get-away!

Office retreat

We do an office retreat for our staff, their families and our family. This place was perfect for that. We had an amazing stay. There was a pretty powerful storm that came through, and the owners were in contact immediately with where to find flashlights and candles. We had the perfect place!

Fun times with family. The pool was the highlight of the visit. Amazing area with wildlife to enjoy. Places to walk, games to play, TV but we rarely had it on. We are already hoping to stay again next year! Plenty of space to cook as well!

Family Fun at the Lake

Our family had a wonderful time! The house worked perfectly for us. It was so well stocked! The house had plenty of bedrooms for our kids and their families, and my husband and I used the pool house as our bedroom. Everyone enjoyed plenty of pool time and relaxing in the hot tub. We cooked most of our meals utilizing the outdoor kitchen--wow! We were able to use the lake access to launch our boat. This was our first time at Grand Lake. We had such a great time, and we will definitely reach out to this host/hostess if we return with our family again. They were easy to contact and quick to respond.

AMAZING

Our entire group LOVED this property. The owners are clearly foodies and off so many amenities it is difficult to convey! Towels galore! Great beautiful beds and bedrooms! Grill, flattop, smoker! The kids spent the whole weekend in and out of the pool and they all shacked up in the pool house. House and property are simply wonderful!!

Grand Serenity Provided a Peaceful and Calm Get Away

If you're looking for a spacious place and a convenient location on the southern end of Grand Lake, look no further. You will be a short drive to the dam and Little Blue State Park for exploration. If you forget something you'll find it at Reasor's Grocery Store is in Langley. And then, the huge lawn provides privacy and room to play. But, it's not like you will need to leave ... there's the salt water pool, a hot-tub, a fire-pit, two kitchens, and the outdoor kitchen. A deer may come visit in the evening, too. And the "front desk" (Jalene and Chad) were so responsive and helpful. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer! Thanks Jalene and Chad for sharing Grand Serenity with our family. Our grandkids are already talking about next year! Steve & Rita

50th Birthday Bash

We celebrated 3 of our friends turning 50 this year and this house was the perfect place for us to celebrate. The home literally has everything. All you need is your clothes and food! One thing I would tell someone would be if you have a large group and don't want to do lots of dishes bring paper products. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all had all the supplies. The outdoor area is hands down the place to be. They have a outdoor stereo system that was awesome. The pool is perfect and there is tons of tables chairs, loungers, umbrellas, pool toys, outdoor games! The outdoor kitchen is awesome! I definitely don't think the pictures on here do it justice! The hosts were awesome and easy to get a hold of and work with. We will be booking this house again in the future!

Amazing HOST/HOUSE for a family of 21

We recently stayed at Grand Serenity and serenity it was. You can tell this house was built with a lot of love and open arms to entertain!! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our whole group to spread out and relax. The property had so much to offer we didn’t want to leave. There were endless amounts of activities for adults and children. Game room in the garage provided a lot of downtime from the heat, beautiful pool, hot tub and ample amount of outdoor lounging. Pool was big enough for basketball for the big kids and lounging for moms and littles. Outdoor grills, smoker, black-stone, fridges were top notch. You are walking distance to Grand lake with boat access, it’s also closely located to H20 sports marina where we rented a boat for the day. The lake was gorgeous, quiet and just what we needed with young kids. You can tell Jalene and Chad really put a lot of thought into making the home feel welcoming and fun. Communication was quick and easy. If you’re a first time renter you will get spoiled by all the amenities they have for you in the house. Highly recommend this place for families and/or groups looking for a fun-filled or relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic property and home!!

This home and property was perfect for our large family (9 adults and 10 children)! Plenty of space for everyone! Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies provided. But the biggest hit was the outdoor space! We almost exclusively used the outdoor kitchen to cook our meals. The commercial grade flat top griddle was fantastic! And the pool was perfect for all of the kids (about 5 ft. deep)! Everything was just as described and also included a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table in the garage. The boat ramp on the property to the lake was doable with our 4WD truck. It’s very steep, but we were able to tie up our pontoon and leave it at the shore for the week. If you don’t want to use it, there is Hammerhead Marina a short drive away where you can launch your boat. The owners Chad and Jalene were very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again!! Wonderful week!!

Labor Day Weekend Fun!

Fun, Fantastic time, had by all. The property sets high on a hill, with 5 peaceful acres and amazing views. Plenty of room for many families to get together comfortablely, with many things to make lasting memories. We had a fun time swimming in the salt water pool, relaxing in the hot tub, visiting, and having meals together. The kitchen and outside grill is equipped with everything needed to prepare all your favorites. We plan to return in the future and I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Lovely Lakeside Retreat

Property was just excellent, had everything you could want for a large family get together. Pool and Hot Tub were fantastic, as were the kitchens (!). The outdoor space couldn't be any nicer, and has everything you could think of (chairs, tables, umbrellas, pool toys, outdoor fridge/freezer, TV, etc, etc!). My only (minor) nit would be the smallest bedroom is quite tiny - but we overcame that. All other rooms were really, really nice. The Kitchen was excellent, and fully equipped as described - every kind of gadget, pot and pan was there for your use. Will definitely be back, 100% recommend!

This is a very nice property, everything was clean and everything you need besides your food & drinks. No need to pack spices, sugar ect as that is provided. Everything was perfect and our family had a great time. the outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had about 20 of us there, so it does hold a lot of people if you crowd is large. The only downfall was the road going down to the lake, I personally didn't make it down it but my brothers with boats and jet ski's said they definitely wouldn't launch boats from there and the jet skis would be questionable as far as having enough room to turn around at the bottom., Needless to say we didn't use the road there for access to get on the lake,
