WELCOME TO OUR APARTMENT, QUIET HOLIDAY! TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA !!! Nice apartment of 27 M and 10 M of terrace located at 150 m of the beach for 4 people, located in a closed residence with parking number, port has 350 m. The beach of the arranged and supervised rocket (rescue station, pedal boats, deckchairs, restaurants, etc ...), nearby all shops (50m) t. Markets (Fruits and vegetables, fish, regional products), bus stop in front of the entrance of the condo to go to the station or Agde..All the necessary utensils for cooking as at home, on a nice terrace to take the three meals and a gas barbecue. No need for a car to get around, everything is easy on foot.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine, appartement propre, bien situĂ©. Terrasse de l'appartement situĂ© au nord donc pas en plein soleil. Plages accessible Ă  pied ainsi que le port. Quelques commerces Ă  2 min Ă  pied. Que du positif pour ce sĂ©jour. Je ne vais pas mettre de point nĂ©gatif mais Ă  amĂ©liorer. Nous Ă©tions 4 (2 adultes 2 enfants),il faisait trĂšs chaud donc avoir un deuxiĂšme ventilateur serait mieux pour qu'il y en ai dans la chambre et dans le salon pour les enfants qui dorment sur le clic clac. De plus, qu'un parasol mĂȘme si la terrasse est au nord serait apprĂ©ciable (en milieu de semaine, une petite averse est tombĂ©e lorsque nous mangeons le midi nous avons dĂ» rentrer et attendre que ça passe). AprĂšs pour ces points Ă  amĂ©liorer, c'Ă©tait notre avis personnel. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillie par Mme LAGRANGE. A recommander sans hĂ©siter

Great value proposition

Nice and clean apartment with a very useful terrace and electrical grill. Lovely owners, they are also the neighbors. The only thing that I didn’t take into consideration was that apartment comes without bedsheets and towels. Don’t forget it.

Appartement trÚs bien située, tout se fait à pied. Place de parking, trÚs appréciable en cette periode estivale. Tout le confort pour une semaine de vacances. Seul petit bémol, la douche avec une vitre un peu courte donc on arrose un peu toute la salle de bain, un rideau de douche serait appréciable.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in Cap d'Agde

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse. FĂŒr uns (2 Erwachsene) vollkommen ausreichend. FĂŒr eine Familie nur eingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig und durchdacht. Gibt sogar einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In direkter LaufnĂ€he gibt es einen kleinen "Spar" und eine BĂ€ckerei um den tĂ€glichen Bedarf zu decken. FĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe sind die großen GeschĂ€fte in Agde besser bezĂŒglich der Preise und der Auswahl. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Anlage, zum Einkaufen ist allerdings ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Zu Fuß am Strand entlang sind es ca. 20 Minuten zum Hafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein.

Notre sĂ©jour Ă  Agde s’est bien passĂ© mais nĂ©anmoins il y a eu quelques points nĂ©gatifs.Par exemple le nettoyage du sol Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec une eau trĂšs trĂšs sale et des poils de chien prĂ©sents partout pour un appartement qui soit disant Ă©tait sans animaux et un protĂšge matelas qui ne tient pas dans le lit car les dimensions sont trop petites par rapport au lit.A ceci s’ajoute une cuvette des toilettes qui vous tombe sans arrĂȘt dessus quand vous ĂȘtes assis.
