Tous les équipements à rénover

L'appartement est très bien situé, à côté de la piscine et offre un accès direct à la plage. Malheureusement les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur : machine à laver qui n'essore pas, toilettes qui fuient et mal fixées, parasol cassé, frigo qui a du mal à faire du froid. A notre arrivée, le ménage avait été fait de manière très superficielle et nous avons trouvé une surprise pas très hygiénique dans un placard. Dommage.

Bonnes vacances au cap d'agde. Tout est vraiment en ultra proximité: piscine à 2 pas, mer à 100m, mail de rochelongue au bout de la rue, parking privé avec vue sur la voiture de la chambre... Piscine collective propre et assez grande. Par contre, il manque le wifi dans l'appartement, sfr pas de données mobiles donc compliqué. Propreté correcte mais aspirateur qui fonctionne très peu. Hôte sympathique et conciliante.

Location pour une semaine pour mes parents vebus nous rendre visite. Appartement en RDJ donc très pratique. Propre et bien situé. Manque juste un peu d'équipement pour la cuisine ( four, bouilloire,...).

chaises et fauteuils pas très confortables...mitigeur évier cuisine trop petit par rapport à l'évier, et pas de mitigeur thermostatique dans la douche! Il fallait régler la température à chaque douche. Bruyant la nuit à cause des goélands. Sinon appartement très bien placé, près de la piscine et de la plage/mer.

Très bel emplacement

Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas du mail et de la plage. La piscine est très agréable. Les bémols, quelques rafraichissements sont à prévoir sur la literie et sur les plaques de cuisson. De plus, le réseau téléphonique étant "capricieux" en période estival, l'installation du Wifi serait un plus important. Mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Très bon séjour, seule la météo n'a pas tenu sa promesse. Vacances de Février, le Cap d'Agde est assez désert ! Résultat : la résidence est extrêmement tranquille. Propriétaire très accueillante, et arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Je recommande.
