Villa Anja welcomes you to Agde, offering 170 m² of space for up to 10 guests. You have 4 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A separate, air-conditioned studio provides a 5th bedroom and an additional shower room with WC. All windows have electric shutters. Beds feature high-quality box spring mattresses, and beds and linens are ready on arrival.



The fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning in the living area and sunroom (yoga) ensure comfort year-round. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV (German and French channels) with streaming, Blu-ray player, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, and baby equipment.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with two terraces, one with a large awning. Highlights are the heated outdoor pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1–1.5 m) with electric cover and a whirlpool for up to 6 people (available May–September). A gas grill and table tennis are also provided.



The villa offers three parking spaces on a fully enclosed property plus additional street parking. Perfect for family holidays or trips with friends, close to large, uncrowded beaches, Aquapark, Luna Park, golf course, and more.



Self check-in from 4 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Final cleaning is mandatory and available for an extra fee. Smoking indoors, parties, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. The property is not barrier-free. Report damages. Follow local waste separation. House rules apply.
