Boab Boat n Bush Getaway

Summary:

Family Holidays have just become the best ! Brand New 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom House with Pool and so much space for you, the kids and your boat. With fish cleaning facilities and a dedicated space to have an open fire on cool nights.

Linen provided, just bring your beach towels. Set on 4acres of privacy. Easy 8min drive to town and boat ramp the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.



The Space:

2 Queen beds, 2 King single beds, Open plan living/dining room. Wifi, large TV inside and also on the spacious verandah with BBQ

Airconditioned in living room, master bedroom and 2nd Queen Bedroom. Fully screened house with laundry.

Relaxing in the pool will make this holiday that little more satisfying.

The boat in the carport can be hired at an extra cost, after your booking confirmation you will be sent a link for contact details. The boat stays in the carport if not out on loan/hire.



Guest Access:

You will be given access instructions 48hrs from arrriva It is advisable to arrive in daylight hours as we have alot of wildlife in our town.



The Neighborhood:

Please keep to the speed limit 80km or less as there are many many families of Kangaroos in this area.

You are on Tank Water so please use water wisely.



Other Things to Note:

As you are on acreage please keep parking of vehicles and boats off the grass area close to the house. You must not bring glass into the pool area. Please bring insect repellent spray with you.

Bin night is Sunday evening for a Monday pick Alternate weeks for recycling. The bins must be placed across the road from the property.

The pool is maintained before and after your stay. Do not touch anything with the pump. Extra charges can occur if this happens. Do not jump in pool with sand over you. Strictly No Glass in the pool.

Please make sure the water does not get below the skimmer box

Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with the property on arrival. We would prefer to know of any damage or issues on your arrival so we can get a cleaner or someone to come and rectify any issue. We are only a phone call or message away for you.
