The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row).

Atendimento: excelente, todos os funcionários são educados e solicitos Acomodações no geral: Janela um pouco defeituosa, móveis um pouco antigos e pia do banheiro muito pequena, uma observação: não achei o quarto parecido com o da foto do anúncio O local é extremamente barulhento, você consegue ouvir os passos do quarto de cima, qualquer ruído ou conversa que tem no corredor e o elevador está pedindo aposentadoria já Café da manhã e serviço de quarto: o café da manhã deixa muito à desejar, faltam coisas básicas como manteiga e requeijão, há uma demora grande em reabastecer os itens que vão acabando (isso inclui a louça), mas em compensação o serviço de quarto ofereceu uma comida gostosa Localização: para quem está indo para shows e eventos na arena BRB o local fica distante, em compensação fica perto do aeroporto, mas não há muitos comércios por perto

Fiquei hospedada 2 dias no hotel Europa, sendo o ponto positivo com certeza o cafe da manhã, que é simples, mas um simples completo. A colchão também muito bom! Porem falando de maneira geral, o hotel precisa de manutenção, é bem antigo.A privada do meu banheiro estava solta, o quarto dos meus tios nao tinha box. Nao tinha roupas de cama suficiente, apenas o lençol cobrindo o colchão e uma manta muito pequena para o casal. O chuveiro é ducha lorenzeti. Muito amador para um hotel tao conhecido. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
