Nestled in the countryside, this beautifully renovated cottage blends old-world Irish charm with modern comfort and Mongolian Inspired Interior . A cosy solid fuel Stove serves as the heart of the home, perfect for relaxing evenings. Whether enjoying a cup of tea outdoors , chilling out in the traditional Mongolian Yurt behind the house or exploring the tranquil surroundings, this idyllic retreat provides a peaceful escape from the bustle of everyday life.

It has a king size bedroom , A double bedroom and a bedroom room containing 1 single beds.
There is one bathroom which contains a shower and a beautiful roll top bath.
There is an open plan kitchen /sitting room.
Situated in the back garden is a traditional style Mongolian Yurt which is free for you to use during your stay.

Guest access:
The traditional Mongolian Yurt in the back garden is for your use during your stay.

Any areas fenced off surrounding the property may not be used.
All land outside the property boundary is privately owned so not accessible.

Other things to note:
This is Family Friendly and Pet Friendly property , Lots of space for your Children and Pets to connect with nature .
Important to note: Access to one bedroom currently requires passing through another, but both rooms have doors to maintain privacy.

About 15 minute walk from the property there is a lovely forest walk. Turn right as you come out of the front gate and this road will bring you there.

The local village of Ahascragh and Ballyforan has a shop. The nearest town of Ballinasloe provides many varieties of food options, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and SuperValu.
A smaller town of Mountbellew has a Chinese takeaway and Roma chipper, also a selections of bars.
