Good hotel overall

Overall stay was good , hotel staff were always very courteous. Just needed a small improvement, breakfast to be ready on time. Starting at 7am, usually Its just like 80% ready, with a couple of missing trays of food.

NOT a great quality hotel.

NOT a 5 star hotel!!!! Barely 3 star in quality. Disappointing stay from the moment you check in to hotel room quality to internet access (very cumbersome) to restaurant staff. Plenty of other choices in the city, so better to avoid it. The most irritating aspect was that my Expedia reservations included Internet access and the staff did not accept that and so had to buy that at outrageous extra fee. NOT worth the hassle, when you have choices elsewhere in the area. There is Royal Orchid right next door, and a Lemon Tree not far. Both are much better hotels.

ウェブ上の写真と違い内装は古く、汚い。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、夜はお湯が出ない。 タオルも汚く、清潔感なし。 クローゼットもハンガーをかけるポールが取れているなど、部屋の整備が全くされていない。 ベッドのシーツも汚れていて、不快であった。

最悪。

まずは予約がされていなかった。結局宿泊は出来たが、過去宿泊したあらゆる国・地域であらゆる面で最低のホテル。これで一泊１万円超えているのは詐欺同然。５千円でも泊まらない。
