Gite in the owners' house comprising 3 guest rooms. On 2 levels with independent access from the outside (2 steps). Ground floor: living room-kitchen, laundry room with WC and washbasin. On the 1st floor: a bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm) with private bathroom (walk-in shower and WC), a large living room of 30m² with a Rapido-type convertible sofa for 2 people (140x190 cm) closed by a curtain, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection. Sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Small terrace in front of the cottage with barbecue. Gite in a contemporary house with 3 guest rooms, in a small hamlet located 3 km from the ski slopes of Aillon Station or 8 km from Margériaz, in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Gite completely renovated in a contemporary style. Living room upstairs with large bay windows. Very spacious and bright. Garden table and chairs installed in front of the entrance to the cottage on the terrace. Beautiful view of the massif. Superb cottage in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, ideally located for summer hiking or skiing, between the family resorts of Aillon le Jeune or Margériaz. Leisure center with supervised swimming in Lescheraines 13km away. A perfect destination between Savoie and Haute-Savoie!
