Ground floor: living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 cm and 2 single fold-down bunk beds 80x190cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 1 single bed 90x190cm), 1 bathroom (shower and WC). Terrace + private garden. Common garden. Sheets and towels included only on a weekly stay. Farm country of character of the 19th century renovated 4 km of tracks. Charming typical village preserved in the heart of the natural park of the Bauges. Beautiful natural setting of meadows & forests. Great comfort. Warm rustic charm. Lots of charm. Ultra cozy. Large terrace. Nice shared garden. Charming cottage in a typical 19th century farmhouse, carefully renovated 4km from the family resort of Les Aillons and 9km from the Margériaz ski area. Designed to accommodate families, close to the slopes and hiking trails but also to the many activities offered in the Massif des Bauges. Possibility to rent the two lodgings of the house for a total capacity of 12 people.
