Imagine sitting by a cosy wood fire with a glass of red wine and a good book on a cold winters day or sitting on the roof top deck over summer taking in views of the Split Point Lighthouse, the ocean and the Painkalac Valley.

Imagine holidaying in a newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom house within walking distance to the beach, the Aireys Pub, the river, restaurants and shops. Sirocco offers all of the above and is suitable for 2 families.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Sliding doors open from the living area onto the covered front deck.

From the hallway , large glass doors open to a sheltered fully decked courtyard which has a Weber Q gas Bbq and an outdoor table setting. The modern open plan kitchen/dining and living area includes reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, wood fire, ceiling fan, 42 flat screen TV, DVD, Bluetooth Audio, games and a host of other features to make for an enjoyable short break or longer holiday in beautiful Aireys Inlet.

Pet friendly. There is a fenced off area around the courtyard.

The fully equipped light filled kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, gas cook top and electric oven. The living area comfortably seats 6 with two large sofa’s. Large glass doors which open onto the sheltered private courtyard. The outdoor setting seats 6 and has a Weber Q gas Bbq. A spiral staircase leads to the roof top deck which takes in views of the ocean, bushland and of course the iconic Split Point Lighthouse.

Master bedroom has a queen bed and new ensuite with shower, vanity and WC. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The central bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate WC.

Linen supplied.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the House Rules. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great house and location

A really well set up and apoointed house. The courtyard was great for the dogs. We managed to enjoy the roof top space when the sun broke out - gin and tonic and some dancing practice. We loved the local beaches and had some great walks. Some sumple things would make it a bit better - smart tv, firewood for the heater and covers that would have kept the roof top furniture dry. ..

Unpleasant stay

Very disappointed in this property, was supposed to be pet friendly. There was no area for my dog to sleep out of the weather, so we made his bed under the out door table. There were no mats out side the front door so rubbish was walked in every time. The fire place was not cleaned by the previous tenants, and they could of cleaned a bot better before they left. We had to go down to Anglesea to buy a mop to clean the floors. In the advertising the roof top deck had out door couches to sit on and enjoy the view, but apon arriving they were on the front porch, uncovered. No dvd player worked in the house so bringing a few movies was wasted time. I would not go back there again.

A great house for our holidays in Aireys

The house was a perfect place for our family holiday in Aireys. It was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The roof top terrace was a particular treat!

We had a beautiful weekend relaxing with friends... with the weather so poor it didn’t bother us we watched the ocean from the lounge room and played board games as the storms rolled in.. perfect location to unwind. Location was wonderful close to shops and a short walk to light house.

A little tired but fantastic views & location

Overall the property is a great find but there were some irritating niggles - one of the windows doesn’t close properly (behind dining table) & lets in drafts & rain; beds advertised as queen size but our queen size fitted sheets didn’t fit (luckily we’d brought flat sheets too); roof top decking needs attention. However, a great fire, walking distance to the beach, shops & pub and great views made up for it.
