Location, cleanliness, quiet, shaded, comfort, clean, a/c, private clothes, shaded patio with seating. Wish we could have stayed more than 2 days! Loved the marina area, restaurants and bars. Loved everything. One small complaint room had slight musky smell but hey we are at the beach and it’s very humid!

We had a great 9 night stay in a budget cabin. It was quiet and comfortable and they cleaned after 7 days. It's about a 25min walk to town, or there is a 50c bus that picks up not far from the holiday park. The staff was friendly and they can help book tours. The only downside isnthat one of our burners on the stove was broken and the ac, while it worked, the flap that opens to let air out was also broken. With some minor repairs, this would be a great property, but even with the small issues we had a good stay.

The cabin was well equipped for a few nights stay. Laundry facilities are good and able to buy detergent on site Would have been nice if the cafe next to reception was open Approx 30 min walk into Airlie beach but on days that are too hot the reception will call a cab which is about $12

We had a very nice bungalow with four people. The bungalow was well outfitted and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was incredibly spotty and they were out of single use laundry soap for purchase at the office so just told us to walk to the store nearby to purchase our own family size soap. The grounds are beautiful, the store is close by, the staff was kind but not truly friendly.
