A little hard to find, but otherwise an excellent property.
Quiet, easy parking and very accommodating with late check-in and early checkout.
Kitchenette was a plus, and ample order-in choices in Ajax meant no worries about food.

The Security Guard was stalking/following the kids around the hotel.
Breakfast Staff was rude.
