Fantastic in every way

Second visit to this hotel this month, outstanding in everyway. Cannot be faulted highly recommend the fresh fish in the buffet. Reception staff friendly welcoming with good language skills English Russian German and of course Turkish. Preferred room high level private pool with outstanding views

Do not go in November

Average get-away for me and the misses, unfortunately in November it is extremely dead and we felt like we were the only ones in the entire resort. This is not their fault, it just didn't provide us with the full resort experience. Due to this, all the activities were closed. Out of the 6 main restaurants, only 1 was operating (the main one) - and unlike other resorts where you have access to food at any time, this one main restaurant was on a schedule (breakfast 7-11, lunch 1230-230, dinner 630-9). At times we were hungry and we had no access to food despite it being all-inclusive. The pool indoor was open - but felt like it felt like it was closed because the lights were off & the pool was not heated. There were no shows operating. The entire place felt dead - I felt the entire staff knew who we were and what we were doing. The food was not bad - 90% was similar every day. The aqua park was closed, only operated for a short period (couple of hours in 1 day) when we asked the fella running it to open it for us. We were disappointed however that he did not want to open it for me and my wife on our last day. The outside pools were freezing, only one was heated - but even the heated pool outside was very cold. The beach volleyball net was removed after our first day there (we stayed for 4 days). The drink bar on the main lobby was operating and good! They missed cleaning our room once - I was not happy with this - I called room service to have someone clean it and they agre

Disappointed

Pros: Beautiful beach, free mini bar, nice pool areas. Our room was upgraded for free which was nice. Very nice spa, and the massage held a very high standard. Unfortunately the calm experienced was ruined due to rude loud people yelling and not respecting the calm experience you would wish to receive. The massage therapists were very good though, and that experience was 5 star. Probably the only thing 5 star with this hotel. Cons: The food is terrible for a 5 star hotel, they even manage to make the desserts taste bad. The drinks are horrific as well. Ordered a pina colada on 5 separate occasions and one came with strawberries in it, one with other berries, and one with oranges, one of them wasn't even a pina colada, it was just something purple in it with vodka. It's pointless even trying to tell them about it. Some bartenders are better, but you can still tell they are told to make watered down drinks. They taste EXTREMELY watered down and they put bottled cream on top of everything to make it have a little more flavour. What really ruins it the most is the food, I wished I could actually buy better food there but even the a la carte was terrible. Ended up buying chips in the market instead. The breakfast was terrible as well, very poor selection of food, and just bad quality. Some of the staff are great and helpful, some just make you feel like they want you to leave. The entertainment was pretty poor, not awful but still not up to 5 star standard.
