Bright and cosy flat just 5 minutes' walk from the sea and the historic centre of Alassio. Ideal for families or couples, it sleeps 4 thanks to a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to relax on after a day at the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and the train station.

Cosy and bright, it is furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables. Perfect for a relaxing sleep after a day at the beach.

Living room

Spacious and functional, it houses a sofa bed that sleeps two more. TV, air conditioning and dining area make it ideal for relaxing at any time of day.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with hob, fridge, oven and everything you need to cook like at home. Perfect for slow breakfasts or family dinners.

Bathroom

Modern and clean, it has a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet. It includes a hairdryer and toiletries for your comfort.

Balcony

A pleasant outdoor space, ideal for an al fresco breakfast or a relaxing moment at sunset.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.

The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if it were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.

Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
