Enjoying a truly sensational, unparalleled, location right above the bay of Cala en Porter, this villa is set to impress. Purposely designed for endless relaxation while enjoying the unobstructed views over the sea and sunset, Villa Bellavista can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its friendly feeling, modern decor, whitewashed walls and ultra modern amenities, this villa will not disappoint even the most demanding guests. With a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants, sandy beach within easy walking distance, a car is not essential! (please note that, if visiting during winter months, a car will be necessary as nearest year-round facilities are 4km away).



The indoor accommodation of Villa Bellavista is set over one floor and is accessed via a set of steps from the panoramic sea-facing road "Passeig Maritim". All the rooms, opening onto private terraces, offer sensational views both during the day and at night, adding further value to an already truly special villa. Entrance is via the spacious lounge, with 2 large sofas, satellite TV, high speed wi-fi internet, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower. Next to the lounge there are 2 airy bedrooms, one double and one twin, both having en-suite shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a fully self-catering holiday and opens to the side terrace featuring barbecue and outdoor dining area for delicious al-fresco meals while enjoying the breathtaking views.



As for the indoor areas, also the outdoor terraces of Villa Bellavista provide the same kind of unobstructed views over the bay and the majestic hills of Cala en Porter. The relaxing and inviting private plunge pool (which is heated, INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE, all year except from the months of june-july-august-september as during peak summer months the water is naturally warm) measures 3m x 2m and depth is 1.4m. Comfortable sunbeds are provided to enjoy the shining Menorcan sun all day long. The swimming pool is open and available for the guests all year round.



NOTES: Due to the particular design and features, the villa is mostly suitable for adult guests or families with older children.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, mid stay cleanings for stays of 10 or more nights (with change of linen/towels), are included in the rental rates. Pool heating is included in the rental price (except from the months of june-july-august-september).

Lovely stay out of high season

Lovely stay out of high season. A four day break felt like a real holiday. So close to the airport yet no disturbance from airplanes. We didn’t cook other than breakfast but the kitchen was well equipped. We had lunches on the beach at Lua and could walk to all the restaurants for dinner. Great view from the terraces and protected from the wind which was a bonus.

It was simply amazing - I almost don't want to share how great the location and the place was because I don't want everyone coming! The view was breathtaking, the walk to the beach gorgeous, the location was super close to restaurants, a super market, everything! Communications were super easy and everything was just fantastic. We hope to come again soon!

A little piece of paradise

A little piece of paradise. The photos do not do the view justice… it’s absolutely incredible. I didn’t watch a single minute of TVeven read my book because I was just staring at the water. Communication with the host was amazing. The check in instructions, etc were super easy. The house is very well equipped with beach equipment, kitchen basics, towels for the beach, etc. I would highly recommend this place, we absolutely loved our stay. We were also traveling with our 2.5 month old and the host went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable, would definitely come back!

I had a fabulous save for the entire week

I had a fabulous save for the entire week. Amazing views the place had everything we needed. Dado was great to communicate with and then once we arrived, we communicated directly with the owner (Yolanda) was fabulous. She lives close by and came by to welcome us and gave us fabulous tips on where to go on the island. She was extremely helpful and responsive during our entire stay. The beach is close by - 207 steps down to the beach. Sounds like a lot, but the view on the way down is breathtaking. The grocery stores are literally five minute walk, which is convenient if you don’t have a car. We did rent a car and there was free parking on the street which was readily available throughout our entire stay. We rented the car so we could explore the beautiful island of Menorca. It was a beautiful stay.

Séjour parfait!

Maison tout à fait conforme à l’annonce! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui offre le confort nécessaire! Deux seuls petits reproches : nous n’étions que 2 fort heureusement car les rangements sont inexistants à part une petite penderie. La propriétaire du logement est passée en pleine semaine sans nous prévenir et est rentrée en notre absence. Nous aurions préféré être prévenus mais cette dame est charmante et cela nous a fait oublier son passage!
