Villa Lucas is a beautiful semi detached villa, situated only 500 meters from Son Bou’s shopping centre. This villa has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, all furnished with single beds. Outside, the villa has a wonderful terrace that offers magnificent sea views. These views can be enjoyed whilst al fresco dining on the sleek outdoor dining table and chairs.
The Space:
Villa Lucas has a large living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a kettle. There is also a laundry room and washing machine for guests to utilise during their stay.
Outside, the pool is communal as it is shared with a second villa. Surrounding the pool area, the terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture such as hammocks and umbrellas - allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility and serene atmosphere this villa has to offer.
The villa has been upgraded for 2026 with air conditioning installed in the master bedroom and a replacement of the living room furniture.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.
