Only one thing I can fault and that is all the pidgeon mess all over the window - I looked up at the windows on the 4th floor from outside and they were all covered in it .Also I could here pidgeons warbling at various times I mentioned it to a couple of your maintenance men and they seem to be saying there was nothing they could do about it. I suggest you find a solution as I am coming for another stay in June next year and certainly do not want a room on the 4th floor!!

Excellent location. Kate in reception was so helpful and genuine. We loved Albany and the Hilton was a big part of that. We spent our anniversary there and it was truly special.
