The room we were originally placed in had a leaking air conditioner, which left an odor and a giant wet spot on the floor of the room. We notified the front desk, and they worked to move us into a different room quickly. It took until the next morning, which wasn't ideal, but we did appreciate that the staff was on top of the situation and left a note for the employee in the morning to ensure it happened as quickly as possible.

The property is great it's in a great location as well close to lots of shopping places the one thing i don't love about the hotel is the carpet needs a good cleaning. Otherwise lovely place, great staffs, quiet neighborhood and overall i really enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend.

My wife booked the place because of the advertised breakfast which was supposed to have good options. Guests can make two kinds of waffles, but there is no meat protein available. Be careful of the coffee machine. It is easy to select the lower button which gives you cold coffee. Press the upper button if you want a hot beverage.

Won’t be returning

I rarely leave reviews, but our stay at the Quality Inn was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. First off, the pool—which was one of the main reasons we booked—was closed, with no prior warning. We were also rushed out of our room in the morning, despite being told check-out was at 11 AM. Housekeeping knocked on the door well before that and made it clear we needed to leave. Breakfast was another letdown. We were told it would be available until 11, but by 9:45 the attendant was already cleaning everything up, leaving very little to choose from. The room itself was messy and clearly not cleaned thoroughly. We found a bag of Nerds Clusters and a lone malt ball on the floor, along with random stains on the comforters. It just felt dirty and neglected. This was not the experience we expected, and we definitely won’t be returning. One star.
