In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2, lawn for sunbathing 600 m2. Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km, sled run 300 m. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Enttäuscht

Erster Eindruck schockierend. Die Gartenanlage nicht richtig gepflegt. Gartenmöbel teilweise kaputt. Beim angekommen stand die Mülltonne überfüllt und kaputt vor dem Eingang, was nicht gerade ein toller Anblick ist. Der Haupteingang eine bedürftige klapprige Tür. Also wenn man nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, kann man das Haus nehmen. Was positiv war, die Esszimmer Stühle waren ziemlich neu und die Sauna in einem guten Zustand. Betten und Sofa teilweise kaputt, stark abgenutzt.

Traumlage, fur max. 3 Familien, richtige Schlafzimmer gibt es nur 3 (1/Einheit), Rest Wohnraume mit Schlafoption (Cauches) insgesamt 3 getrennte Einheiten + gemeinsamer Raum (Kueche,Wohnraum), 15 Min. auf Turr.Hoehe, Allrad od. Schneeketten wichtig! Warmwasserengpass wegen Nachtstrom, Duschen gut planen!!! Erste Nacht 16-18Grad - Vormieter haben alles ausgeschaltet und Heizung ist erst um 6Uhr in der Fruh gestartet - Nachtstrom(Entschaedigung durch Vermieter). Sauna OK, genug Holzfur Kachelkami

Toll eingerichtetes Haus, alles in gutem Zustand, ausreichend Platz für viele Leute. 300 m zur Piste sind es nur bei ausreichend Schnee, sonst Auto notwendig.
