The 64 m2 ground floor apartment is very sunny in the morning and warm with its large living room and its view of the Arves needles. The small condominium benefits from a lawn with sun loungers, and a large common room with table football and table tennis at the Garden Level. A parental bedroom with 1 double bed + a children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds. On the garden level: a very small independent bedroom with 3 bunk beds and sink.
