Balcony. Terrace + common ground with the other accommodations. Total surface of the gite on the ground: 62m² attic parts included. Departure on skis via TK Le Chatel (difficult). Albiez-Montrond, typical village of Maurienne, perched and hilly at the same time, family and sporty... Stay in this functional pied-à-terre, enjoy its large shared garden in summer (with swing, ping-pong table, local by bike), on the edge of the village while being close to the shops. It is in a small corner of greenery a little away from the center of the village that Rosemary welcomes you. At the Constantins, welcoming is a family affair since his uncle takes care of the accommodation present in the same building. This apartment located at the very top of a country house offers a view you never tire of on Mont Charvin.
