Villa Puerto Rico is a 3-bedroom house located in Galé, near Lourenço and Galé beaches, some of the best in the Algarve. Ideal for couples and families, it is a short distance from an ecological reserve, an excellent location for bird and local wildlife observation.



With free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, the villa has two double rooms, one twin room, and two bathrooms on the first floor, with balconies with a view. On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The living and dining areas are bright, with patio doors providing access to the pool area.



Outside, a private pool (heatable as an extra) invites relaxation in the sun on loungers, and a traditional Algarvian barbecue allows for outdoor meal preparation.



The villa is located in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira, with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets a 10-minute walk away. Castelo, Evaristo, and Lourenço beaches are a 15-minute walk. The village of Galé is a 15-minute walk, and the Algarve Shopping centre is a 10-minute drive.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ÂșC to 8ÂșC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

SUPERBE VILLA, JE RECOMMANDE

TrÚs bon séjour, aprÚs une arrivée chaotique par manque d' adresse complÚte ainsi que le nom de la villa qui était mentionné PUERTO RICO et aprÚs plusieurs appels sans hélas avoir un interlocuteur Français, nous avons du dormir à l' hÎtel à 2 h du matin,épuisés, le lendemain nous continuons nos appels et aprÚs plusieurs interlocuteur, là on m' annonce qu' en fait la VILLA s' appelait VISTA DAR MAR, enfin nous là trouvons te là encore appels pour les clés,12 H, enfin nous pouvons nous installés tout était parfait comme la décrispation, je conseille cette VILLA, mais assurez-vous avant votre départ d' avoir l' adresse complÚte et le bon nom de celle-ci

The villa itself was clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. However, as we were staying slightly out of season, the temperatures dropped at night, and the bedding only had very thin "duvets" which meant it was very cold on the first night, as we couldn't find any extra blankets. When we reported this the next morning, extra blankets were delivered later that day, which were very welcome.Also, we were somewhat disappointed with the check in/check out process, as we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility. Check in was from 4pm, and we advised the Host management we would be arriving at 3-30pm, and would it be possible to have access from then, or store our luggage. But we were told this was not possible and that the key code for entry would only be made available at 4pm. Then, on the day of departure, we again requested, that if we vacated the villa by 10am (as per the booking arrangement) would it be possible to either store our luggage inside or leave it under cover outside for a couple of hours until our airport transfer arrived. Once more we were told this was not possible, but we could use their left luggage facility in Albufeira, which would have meant getting another taxi into town, and redirecting out transfer to a new pick up point.In the end we brought our transfer forward and spent a couple of hours at the airport instead. Theses are just minor quibbles, but if the management company had been a bit more helpful, it would have been appreciated.

Difficult to find since GPS coordinates are off a bit and the name on the front wall does not match the name on the listing. The unit is attractive, but sparsely furnished. It is located in a residential area within walking distance to CASTELO Beach and several restaurants.. The management company was very helpful and prompt in providing us with items that we were missing that should be provided in a rental.

Great Villa and good location.

Villa was great -ample room for 5 adults amd nice pool - our adult children joined us second week. Quiet location but enough to do - good restaurants but would recommend booking. I all a great holiday. A good spar within 10 min walking distance - lovely beach about 20 min walk.

Good value and well equiped.

The villa was clean, well presented and of a very high standard whilst at a very affordable price. If you plan on cooking during your stay, the villa offers plenty of utensils and a lovely dining table to eat from. If I was asked to give this a mark out of 5... I would give it 6 for value for money. The pictures on the website is what attracted me to the property, and it doesn’t fail in reality.

Beautiful Villa, quiet setting.

Absolutely beautiful villa, 3 good sized bedrooms all with air con 3 bathrooms. Lovely pool area. Very quiet area of Sesmarías. About 40 mins drive from Faró. Positives Pool area Villa Cleanliness Small library if you like to read Local restaurants 5 minute walk - the brassiere, Jompra and curry club & Irish bar 10 min walk to the beach Communication with letting agency Negatives A couple of broken sunbeds and a broken chair. The oven/cooker - in such a lovely villa the oven was from the 80’s If you had the air on on in the bedroom through the day it would drip onto the sunbeds by the pool We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend it. Our 3 year old loved it too.

Our plane was late in arriving but rep for the villa was waiting for us at the property and was very friendly. We had a Fabulous time. Villa had everything we needed and very cozy. AC in every room was superb and loved the pool heating. Definitely recommend to others.

Lovely villa in a great location

We had a great time and the managers were brilliant before and during our stay. I Genuinely can't fault this holiday home! Our group was a mixture of family and friends aged between 5 and 49 years old and the villa was suitable for all of us. it is well equipped with everything you need for a happy holiday. The bedrooms are all spacious, comfortable and clean, and all have air conditioning
 The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet the beach is about 10-15 minute walk away and there is a spar supermarket 10minutes away. Overall enjoyed our stay.

A perfect get away for the family

We really enjoyed staying here and the villa was great, also very clean. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in. The staff were so helpful when we needed help printing off boarding passes so very grateful for their time.
