Mooi ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk balkon met mooi uitzicht (zee in de verte). Het appartement staat in een mooie omgeving met goed onderhouden beplanting. Zee op zo’n 500 meter afstand met een prachtig strand. Elke dag een duik nemen is dus een mogelijkheid. Veel te zien in de omgeving. We hadden wel langer willen blijven.

Villapark is mooi opgezet, tuin is een lust voor het oog. Zwembad was matig onderhouden bij aankomst (18/4) bladeren en vuil op de bodem. Omgevallen tuinstoelen . Het leek alsof er al een tijdje niet naar was omgekeken. Na opmerking hierover waren binnen een uur drie mensen de bodem aan het stofzuigen ) Appartement is mooi , doelmatig met bovengemiddelde inrichting. Met name keuken is uitgebreid. Balkon is volledig overdekt en wat ongunstig opgesteld ivm de middagzon in april. Wel fraai zeezicht. Planten in de plantenbak van het balkon waren verdroogd. Hier is blijkbaar geen onderhoud voor. Jammer!

De omgeving was echt geweldig. je merkt dat het park al wat jaren gezien heeft in positieve zin. De bomen en planten zijn volwassen en groot, alles is echt keurig onderhouden rondom het appartement. Het zwembad zou iets beter bijgewerkt kunnen worden. het lijkt wel of ze geen stofzuiger hebben want op de bodem licht wat viezigheid en zand. Het huisje zelf is prachtig, iets wat gedateerd en overtreft niet de verwachting van de foto's. Met her en der wat kleine gebreken scoort dit appartement een prima voldoende, met wat puntjes op de i zou het perfect zijn! (denk aan harde matrassen, wat oudere bank met grand foulard, klemmende voordeur, douchestang die niet goed vast zit).

Ankunft Anreise gut beschrieben, Schlüssel vorhanden, nettes Reinigungspersonal, wir durften sogar etwas früher in die Whg. als abgemacht. Unterkunft sauber 95 %, kleine Defekte am Inventar (nicht störend, normale Abnutzung) Abwaschlappen haben gefehlt Umgebung Ruhige gepflegte Anlage (Rasen, Büsche, Blumen, Bäume) Pool es wäre schön, wenn Pool gereinigt würde. Es hatte zum Teil viel Sand auf dem Grund und Seegras im Wasser. Die Gäste gehen nach dem Meer noch oft in den Pool. Gerade deshalb wäre eine regelmässige Poolreinigung angebracht. Ansonsten ist die Poolanlage sehr schön.

De accommodatie was/is aan renovatie toe. Andere appartementen (buren) waren reeds gerenoveerd. De keuken en badkamer waren prima, maar bijvoorbeeld sluitingen van ramen en horren waren gammel, op balkon een oude tafel met oude rechte stoelen. Beneden buren waren met een boorhamer, tijdens onze laatste 2 dagen volop aan het verbouwen. Omgeving is mooi, vooral de rotskust bij Lagos.

Top accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien schoon en netjes prachtig uitzicht op zee matrassen inderdaad wat aan de harde kant maar slapen er prima op via Google Maps (zijn met eigen auto) prima te vinden voldoende parkeergelegenheid nabij het huis. Zwembad prima in orde. Een fijne plek komen zeker nog een keer
