And there’s more: the condominium features a large rooftop swimming pool with spectacular views, surrounded by a generous sunbathing area. If you arrive by car, the apartment also has its own dedicated parking space inside the building – a real advantage in this popular beachfront location.

The fully air-conditioned apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living and dining area. The sofa converts into an additional bed when required.

High-speed fibre internet and a 50-inch Smart TV make it easy to relax with your favourite films and streaming services after a day at the beach.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast, snacks, cocktails or a leisurely dinner at home, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious bathroom features a large shower and bidet.

One of our favourite spots is the private balcony overlooking the ocean and pedestrian street below. Enjoy breakfast or an evening drink at the bar table, watch village life go by, or simply stretch out on a lounger and enjoy the sea view. The balcony also features a retractable glass enclosure, allowing you to enjoy this special space – and its wonderful views – in comfort throughout the year, whatever the weather.

Praia de Olhos d’Água is a beautiful sandy cove that has retained much of the character of the traditional fishing village it once was – and, in many ways, still is.

Fishing boats, the beach and the Atlantic sit alongside a relaxed selection of restaurants, cafés and small shops, creating an atmosphere quite different from the larger Algarve resorts.

Everything you need for an easy seaside holiday is within walking distance, yet Olhos d’Água still retains its own distinctive village character.
