Apartamentos Costa de Ouro in Orada, designed to the highest standards of comfort and quality, is fully equipped for 6 people, with modern and functional decor.



The Costa de Ouro apartment, in Orada, located in the Marina of Albufeira, has the ideal location to enjoy the pleasures that the Capital of Tourism Albufeira offers.



This apartment stands out for its price-quality balance, an economical option, with an excellent location and good levels of comfort provided by the quality of the equipment and furniture finishes.



It is a private condominium, has a swimming pool and parking space in a private garage.



The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed open space, 2 single beds in the living room in a retractable bunk bed, 2 complete bathrooms, terrace and space private garage on the -1 floor.



The living room has two distinct areas, the dining and living areas, the dining room is close to the kitchen and has a table that seats 6, the living room has a coffee table, furniture with satellite TV, sofa, armchair and two bunk beds retractable and access to the terrace.



The kitchen, very functional and fully equipped with Bosh appliances, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.



The bedrooms, the suite has 2 single beds, wardrobe, complete bathroom, air conditioning and a door to the pool.

The second bedroom, located in the living room, has a removable double bed that, when used, has sliding doors that isolate the area, transforming it into a private bedroom with air conditioning and a door to the balcony that has access to the pool.



This apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray inserted in the bedroom suite.



The terrace has outdoor furniture (table and chairs), where you can have your meals in peace overlooking the Albufeira Marina and enjoy the Algarve sun. It also has direct access to the pool.



The apartment has capacity for 6 adults and 1 baby. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.



WiFi available in the apartment.



The tourist village was designed and elegantly designed by the famous architect TomĂĄs Taveira, it offers a lot of comfort and hospitality and is strategically located to enjoy all the pleasures of the city and the beach. It is located in Marina de Albufeira, where you will find restaurants, bars and other support services, as well as a taxi rank and frequent buses to the city centre.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

BIEN, Albufeira est bien situĂ©e pour qui veut visiter l'Algarve. C'est une ville animĂ©e oĂč rien ne manque. L'appartement est trĂšs judicieusement amĂ©nagĂ© et le parking privĂ© en sous sol trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Au mois de mars, animation agrĂ©able sur la marina, mais l'Ă©tĂ© cette animation doit ĂȘtre trĂšs bruyante. Les restos, bars et petit supermercado sont top.visite des grottes Ă  faire.

Amazing location for a great price

Me and my family (2 adults and 4 children between the ages of 6years and 11years) try to visit Albufeira once a year. We love staying at the marina as there is everything that we need for our ages.This apartment is located above several bars and restaurants and a local shop. There are amusements, go karts, bowling and boat trips available within a very short distance, as well as a pool practically as you open your bedroom door!The apartment was perfect for a larger family, with a generous main bedroom and amazing murphy beds that came down from the wall, which really impressed the kids! This meant that we had the living space for the days and the beds came down for the nights.Free wifi is always a bonus as well a parking space if required. We personally didnt need this as we catch ubers to the Old Town or The Strip which again, are reasonably priced.I would book this apartment again without hesitation. The booking agents were extremely good at communicating and kept in touch via email and Whatsapp.I reccommend visiting Krazy World and Zoomarine whilst in the area.

Great Location

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks. It was lacking a welcome basket (other places we have long term stayed have provide this). A few coffee pods, bottle of water, loaf of bread or buns, eggs and cleaning supplies would have been welcomed. Other owners have done this and even included a bottle of wine and some beer. There was no salt and pepper which should be left behind by previous tenants or provided by the host. This is what we have been used to seeing in other apartments we have rented in the winter, perhaps this is not the norm?The heat worked very well when needed. Smoke alarms were not working during our stay but have been reported so they can have new batteries or be replaced.The host company (Sergio and Bruno) were very pleasant and attentive when we needed the clothes washer fixed as the door handle was broken.Instructions for garbage and recycling should be provided inside the apartment. For anyone needing this information, the garbage is located in the garage parking level -1 and recycling can be taken to the receptacles at the Marina.Could use some cosmetic updates but overall suited our needs.

Fabulous stay - have already booked for next year

Owner was very accommodating. Loved every minute. Fabulous accommodation, for both amenities and location. Pool and surrounding area spotless. Only slight criticism would be new sunloungers needed for balcony. Only one available which was quite old. Nevertheless this hasnt stopped us booking for May 2025. Would highly recommend.

Wow what a fantastic place for ver looking the Marina. We booked to stay for half term week and we’re meeting up with friends staying close by. We loved the size of the apartment and it had all that we needed. A welcome book would have been handy to know how things worked like the WiFi and tv but we eventually figured it out, also knowing where the bins were (downstairs in the garages) would have been helpful. Our boys enjoyed the odd dip in the pool and a few neighbours cheered them on one day, thinking they must have been mad as it was freezing. But they had fun. The area is lovely and it’s not to far to walk into the old town which we did every day. Would definitely recommend this appartment for family’s to stay and I’m sure the pool would be warmer in the summer months. Would definitely book again.

I have stayed many time at the Marina and this was one of the best apartments. Excellent position on the Marina. Nice sunny balcony. Well equipped throughout. Nice linen and towels, plenty of hot water. Nice touch, a starter supply of most household requisites Could not understand how the television in the lounge had only 7 Portuguese while the television in the bedroom had some satellite channels including most of the news channels. The person checking us in said perhaps it was receiving anothe properties satellite?

What a spot!

Just returned from Portugal (just in time!). We had a 3 night break over the Bank holiday and what an excellent time it was! The apartment was exactly as per pictured and I dont think it could be in a more perfect spot. lovely balcony looking over the Marina, where you can see all the goings on and hear some of the live music. Direct access to the pool from the kitchen is a huge plus. lovely and spacious, perfect for 2 couples or a family. Parking in the underground accessable from the lift is excellent. There is a Spar just downstairs where you can get fresh bread, pastries, coffee and any extra's you need for the apartment. lovely bars and resturants all along the marina from cheap and cheerful, more lively, tapas, "Wine and Sushi" was excellent but you need to book! lovely walk to the old town and beach. Uber is also avaliable so if you didnt fancy the walk to the beach you can get an Uber for 5-10 Euro easily enough. We will 100% be coming back.

Excellent Apartment

We have stayed at the marina at least 10 times now and this apartment was by far the best for location, convenience to pool and it had everything you would need. Whilst there were only two of us, this apartment could easily sleep 4 Adults and two children or 6 adults if two were prepared to sleep in bunk beds. It also had a full bathroom and an en-suite showerroom. To sum up when we next visit Albufeira Marina this apartment will be our first choice. Thanks Sergio for another perfect holiday.

Apartamento en zona de la marina. Urbanización agradable y con zonas de restaurantes y ocio. El apartamento estå muy bien. Es bastante moderno y amplio. Pero la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, en concreto la cocina. También faltaba equipamiento como sartenes, balletas o estropajo, sin embargo había 3 cafeteras, los cuchillos no cortaban el mando la TV de la habitación estaba sin pilas. Pero por lo demås el apartamento estaba muy bien, con garaje privado y piscina comunitaria.

Fantastic Property

We have visited Albufeira many times and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. It suited or needs as a family of 5 perfectly. The details held on HomeAway are very accurate. I have to add SĂ©rgio was so helpful on our arrival giving directions to our transfer driver by phone and greeting us with a very warm welcome. The property over looks the Marina and has a lovely view. It is very close to the local Spar shop which is well stocked and about 10 minutes to the larger Intermarche shop. There is a choice of restaurants in the Marina or a leisurely 15 minute walk takes you to the Old Town area. It’s about 40 minutes to The Strip or about 10 Euro by taxi. Access for disabled guests is good as it is located on the ground floor on the street side with lift access to the underground car park. The communal pool is located directly beside the apartment and was a big hit with the whole family. I would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to visit again

Superb apartment

Great location. Marina buzzing with lovely restaurants and lots of entertainment for children, but not noisy. Superb interior; very clear and well equipped property. Pool warm; clean and not at all busy. It is located only 2 meters from the apartment. The whole apartment block is very clean, well maintained and quiet. There is an allocated parking place. Sergio, property Manager was very helpful and very available. Spar Shop just below the flat. Main Center of Albufeira 5 minutes by car. The property is suitable for a family as well as a couple. There are two Smart TVs, wi-fi super strong. We loved it. Thank you Sergio!
