House in Quinta da Balaia with swimming pool. 3 km from Golf, 5' from Albufeira and 15' from Vilamoura. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Living room with fireplace and ventilation. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Television, 10 channels and DVD player. WiFi is available throughout the property. Quiet and peaceful space, good for walking. Quinta da Balaia is a calm and beautiful, peaceful space, good for resting, relaxing and walking. It is close to everything: good beaches 3.5 km away, 9 km away there is the Vila Moura Marina, 5 km away there is a water park, 8 km away there is the Zoo Marine and 20 km away there is Faro airport. The nearest beach, Stª Eulália, has an unforgettable sunset. The private space of the house and 6 other similar houses has a large, sheltered garden surrounded by trees, making the space very cozy and restful.



It has access to the tennis courts, the house's swimming pool, the Quinta da Balaia general condominium pool, a mini supermarket 100 meters away, and a restaurant also 100 meters away. There is a reception at the upper entrance of the Quinta where you can get last-minute information.
