Hotel rooms and bathrooms are very dated. Unpleasant odours filled the room and corridors almost daily (I guess from the drains). No kettle, hairdryer or iron in the room although are available from reception. Very noisy with it being a popular location for cheap and cheerful stags and hens, which makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep with people knocking on doors all night long. Reception only give one key per room which causes problems with drunk people going back to the room at different times

Basic budget hotel offering unappetising budget breakfast. Noise nightly from pounding music from disco up to 4am causing sleep disturbance. Shame as Albefeira spoilt by loud music being allowed to be played until 4 am each night.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Recife ! Clean, the locations was fantastic , close to everything , the staff were nice. Only down is, we experience some noice from street during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property

We booked hotel for 1 night on Friday 28th march. The room was clean but had no hairdryer which I thought there should have been. We were in room 505 which I think is the last room in the hotel. When we went to bed there was a noise like a generator in the balcony which came on for about 15 mins then went off for about 5 mins. It was impossible to sleep. We put up with this until 2am when we decided we would have to let reception know as we could not sleep with the noise. The receptionist said they would come up to the room to check this but they didn’t. We then packed our stuff and went to reception to be told that the receptionist was new. By this time we were tired and fed up. We decided to leave as there was no attempt to either fix the problem or move us to another room. Reception took a note of our details but we have yet to hear from them. Really not happy with the service.

Great facility with a pool and restaurant. Breakfast was included and was great. Short walk from down town, up a hill so actually easiest to get an Uber from the train station rather than a bus. Supermarket opposite. Friendly helpful staff

A nice hotel in the Old Town of Albufeira, ideal location for going to the beaches and the Old Town square. The buffet breakfast was good value for money. The rooms are dated with improvement needed in the bathrooms but spacious with Air conditioning. The hotel also provides a good happy hour offer during the late afternoon.
