Accueil et logement décevant

Logement situĂ© en bout de rĂ©sidence Ă  proximitĂ© de deux rues qui peuvent ĂȘtre bruyantes la nuit. L'adresse donnĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire ne permet pas d'arriver Ă  la rĂ©sidence ! Terrasse en plein soleil l'aprĂšs-midi sans parasol, ni store. Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle dans le sĂ©jour. Pas de gaz le jour de notre arrivĂ©e. Gaz opĂ©rationnel le lendemain soir 20h. Deux jours sans eau chaude. Un jour avec un dĂ©bit d'eau extrĂȘmement rĂ©duit ne permettant pas de se doucher. Nous louons chaque annĂ©e depuis 20 ans et c'est la premiĂšre fois que nous sommes déçus par l'accueil, la rĂ©activitĂ© face aux problĂšmes et par les prestations...

Brilliant 11 night stay. Will definitely look to book again. Used Yellowfish taxi to and from airport. Very reliable.Check in was simple.The apartment has everything you need and is located near shops and restaurants. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away. Swimming pool and sun loungers are clean and well managed.Used Uber to take us to the old town, marina, waterpark etc.The beach is walkable but it's over a mile away. A few Euros though in an Uber.

This very spacious modern apartment was ideal for our family holiday in Albufeira. It had everything any family could need and that made our stay really enjoyable - walking distance to an Aldi but also close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Short taxi ride to the Old Town. Very clean and kitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine plus the essential WiFi and TV especially when travelling with teens!! Pool and surrounding grounds so well maintained with sun loungers for all. Delighted to have found this spot. Highly recommended

We had a perfect stay in this big, clean apartment. It’s a apartment on the First floor in the corner overlooking on the right hand the pool. For my daughter en her friends a perfect stay to go out at night and chilling by the pool or sea which is nearby. for me also perfect with the restaurants, shops en sea nearby. A perfect combination. JĂĄ tĂ­nhamos estado neste apartamento e como gostĂĄmos imenso do CondomĂ­nio e da envolvente do mesmo (ex. Piscina Ă© Ăłtima; a varanda da sala tem uma excelente vista para o jardim / piscina e onde se podem efetuar / disfrutar algumas das refeiçÔes) voltĂĄmos a alugĂĄ-lo. O apartamento estĂĄ muito bem localizado e equipado, e tem umas Ăłtimas ĂĄreas. As camas sĂŁo muito confortĂĄveis. A limpeza (ex. vidros das janelas) poderĂĄ ser um aspeto a melhorar. Para finalizar gostarĂ­amos de enaltecer a simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade com que fomos recebidos pela Anita, a pessoa que na ausĂȘncia do proprietĂĄrio Ă© quem toma conta do apartamento e trata dos assuntos do mesmo. A beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Albufeira. We were a family of five staying for 10 nights end of July. The welcome pack was great as we arrived late in the evening. The pool was also great and well managed during the day with no issues availing of sun loungers. Apartments are located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the Strip or a short taxi / bus ride to the old town. Thanks Adrian / Anita and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience!

I booked this apartment with three friends. When we arrived we were kindly welcomed by Anita and she showed us around and informed us very well on things to do and where to go nearby. Communication pre-arrival went extremely smooth and quick. Adrian was very easy to communicate with and extremely kind. The apartment itself was much more spacious than we had expected with two bathrooms near each bedroom and quite a large living room. There were lots of good facilities (Netflix on the TV, good airconditioning, etc.). The balcony was very cute and great to sit on in the morning for breakfast or in the evening when the sun went down. The pool was nice, quite big and usually not too busy so enough room and a great place to relax. For younger people coming here to party, I definitely recommend this apartment as long as you treat it with respect and we were lucky to have two incredible apartment owners who were helpful and who we could contact if something went wrong. The Strip is only a 5-10 min walk and the Aldi is just around the corner (~ 3min walk). Even though it is quite close to The Strip, we didn’t experience any noise issues and the music is not too loud. Truly a lovely place to stay for both families and friends. We definitely recommend!

Belting apartment

Apartment was amazing. Kids loved the swimming pool and garden area but be warned no ball games allowed between 8am and 5pm. Great location, short stroll (5 mins) to restaurants/bars and 10 mins to the strip. Owner of property(Adrian) so easy to deal with highly recommend this property if staying in Albufeira.
