The apartment is immaculate and well equipped. Very close to the old town and has a stunning roof terrace where we spent hours soaking up the sun and watching the seagulls tending thier chicks. Wonderful apartment in Albufeira

Our stay was outstanding. The hosts are gracious and made sure we were taken care of. The apartment was in the middle of everything, yet removed enough that one didn’t have to be bombarded by the revalry! We enjoyed mornings on the porch eating breakfast and evenings on the roof watching the gulls and ocean pass by. Very easy to get to other parts said the Algarve with day trips to Sagres, Silves, and Lagos especially recommended. Would definitely stay again!

A terrific apartment in a perfect location. In Albufeira for five weeks, the apartment is an easy walk to beaches, Mercator with major grocery store, and the bus terminal. Bus passes made it easy to venture further. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

This very centrally located condo was excellent. Walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, shops, restaurants and the old town. Guilherme and Luis are very attentive hosts, easy to reach and always available. The bus service in Albufeira is great and we used it to visit many surrounding towns. Wonderful holiday!

Lovely apartment in old town

This property was spacious, clean, designed to be quiet from street noise, in a very walkable old town location. Lovely restaurant just down the street where we could have quiet dinners as well as easy access to the outdoor patios and the beach. Plus we had indoor parking for days we had a rental car. The two brothers are lovely gentlemen. Highly recommend.

The stay was excellent. The place was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was great. There was only one tiny problem of not having the basic stuff like shower gel, extra toilet paper etc. at the property. Absolutely loved the apartment and felt so at home I was reluctant to leave We were there for three weeks and enjoyed every moment.Albufueira is a lively place and full of energy. We enjoyed the beaches, especially Praia Da Gale and Praia Do Cohelia. The under ground car park was well worth the additional charge as street parking is limited and much in demand. Plus every time we used the car it was lovely and cool The Landlords were very kind and helpful especially when unfortunately the lift broke for a couple of days. Well situated modern apartment

Glad that we chose this apartment. Our desire was to be equally close to the beach and to major grocery stores. It is 5 minute walk to the Fisherman's Beach and 10 minutes to a huge Continente supermarket. The apartment is in a newer building with modern layout. Very good set of all appliances.

Cannot fault this apartment from start to finish Was picked up at the airport by Guilherme who took us straight to the apartment We left our suitcases with him and he messaged me to tell me when the apartment was ready...once at the apartment we had a tour of the building once we got to the apartment it was spotlessThe apartment itself was in a prime location from the old town square and the beach, it was literally 2 mins to the nearest bars and 5 mins to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the supermarkets..The apartment itself had all the facilities you could ask for, the showers and the bathroom are perfect. The apartment has a safe which you put your own code in and also has WiFi We were picked up at the apartment on our return to the airport by Guilherme and his brother Would we use them again...100%

Great apartment in perfect location

We spent a week here and the location couldn't be better if you want to walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The town is a bit touristy but were able to find some great local type places and our host recommended some great spots also. (Try Porto7 and O Manjar both just down the street). Having the parking space in the garage was a huge plus. Note that the garage is a tight squeeze in places but we had an SUV type vehicle and made it in and out ok. There was only 2 of us but the LR could be used as it's own bedroom as there is a guest bath and shower off the hallway. Only recommendation for the host would be to possibly provide some trash bags, sponges, paper towels, etc. We ended up buying our own which wasnt a big deal but if not provided may wish to let future clients know so they can expect to bring them. It was great stay and I actually like the fact that the apartment faces away from the beach so you dont get direct sun which keeps the place cool. The roof deck is a huge bonus as we spent several nights up there enjoying a drink and the cool breeze. Thanks again for the great stay
