Entrance to the Villa Estrelicia is on the ground floor:- There is the largest room with twin beds (the Red & Black Room), with a private covered terrace, electric shutters a private bathroom and individual sound system.

On the ground floor there is also, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, pool, garden, lawn with sea views, the open plan combines the kitchen with lounge and dining area with a large dining table and chairs, Cable TV with many channels to enjoy, or you can watch one of your favourite films, from our wide and varied choice of DVD's, or listen to some of our music CD's. Or, listen to your favourite radio station, or play music from your iPod on our individual sound system. Double doors with electric shutters from the lounge/dinner lead you to the pool terrace, pool, gardens and lawn, with lovely sea views.

On the ground floor there is also a separate w.c, and basin.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the Turquoise Double Bedroom, and the Lime Twin Bedroom, each with a full private bathroom, double doors and windows with electric shutters, and a superb sunny terrace commanding superb land and sea views.

Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.

Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don't feel it is appropriate. It is important for us to be transparent about this as we wouldn't want your holiday to be a disappointment to you either. Many thanks for your understanding.

Family friendly

We have just enjoyed our first Villa holiday. This villa was amazing for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 9 (who is autistic), it was literally home from home. Lovely lounge area with patio doors onto the terrace which provided shade all day, clean kitchen with new dishwasher and washing machine and all the utensils and kitchen items you would need. 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites, each room had a colour theme which was a nice touch. Pool was perfect, we opted for heating so the younger one could swim all day without going blue! Location is brilliant 15/20 minute walk to a supermarket which had all the groceries we needed. 15min walk to the strip, with restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. We also booked our transfers through Carlos which was so easy, Hugo and his team were very friendly and you could WhatsApp them if you wanted to use them as a taxi during your stay. A trip to the old town was only €7 in a taxi. Carlos the villa owner visited whilst we were there and he was very friendly and accommodating. The entire process was so easy.I had a telephone conversation before booking to ensure the villa was fully secure and suitable for the 9 year old, it was there was no way of escaping! Looking forward to staying again in the near future.
