Belle hébergement et hÎte trÚs accueillant.

Point de chute pour 6 personnes adultes (3 couples) pour visiter l'Algarve. La maison est trĂšs bien et correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Un petit bĂ©mol : ProblĂšme d'humiditĂ© (maison peut ĂȘtre innocupĂ©e depuis un certain temps) et odeur nausĂ©abonde dans le garage au sous-sol.

This Villa is an absolute gem. It is spacious, secure and it was perfect for my family trip. You can walk to an the Falaise Beach in 5-minutes (beach has a little resto-shack, rental chairs and washroom facilities), you can shower the sand off in the backyard and then jump in the pool, all while I was making beautiful meals on the charcoal BBQ/Oven.Having Air Conditioning in every room was perfect in the middle of a European Heat Wave. The indoor garage, the property access gate made us all feel very safe. The neighborhood is very safe and not once did we worry. Ana is an amazing host, she communicates quickly and is very committed in making sure our stay was perfect. This is the perfect property if you are more than one family, with grand-mothers and many kids.

Excellent communication with host. Spacious, clean rooms and backyard. Parking in the garage was perfect. However, there was a very strong sewage smell in the garage and on the top floor bedroom that made sleeping there very uncomfortable. Some bathroom essentials would have been appreciated (soap and shampoo).

Falesia stay

Lovely property. The photos don't do it justice, it is very spacious and roomy enough for 9 comfortably. Communication from the owners was excellent. Could do with another fridge as one refrigerator for 10 people means you need to go shopping every couple of days. That aside the property is great and we would definitely return, pool is a great size for families.

Splendid vacation in beautiful House

This property is fabulous, nice and spacious, has all the required facilities. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, supermarket and some restaurants. The swimming pool is fantastic. Ana was always responding to my messages, arranged pick up from the airport and to the airport. I would highly recommend this house.

Gute Strandlage und gute Einrichtung

GrosszĂŒgiges Haus mit schönem Pool in StrandnĂ€he (10 Minuten zu Fuss). Gut eingerichtet. Gute, schnelle Reaktion bein Problemen. Internetanschluss ist langsam und WiFi deckt nicht die ganze Wohnung mit.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Villa Falesia. There were 11 of us in total and the villa was very spacious and Ana and Antonio accommodated us with an extra bed too. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained, with a pool which we loved spending time in. The local facilities have everything you need with lots of local restaurants too. We sadly didn't get to explore the beach but the villa is located very close to the beach. Taxis into vilamoura were easy to arrange and not too expensive. Ana and Antonio were very accommodating and gave us lots of information about our stay.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Betreuung vom Transfer bis zur kleinen Sightseeingtour durch das Verwalterehepaar war super. Sicher ist die Villa etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Amazing!

Me and a group of 10 friends stayed at the villa and loved it so much. Ana was an absolutely amazing host and so accommodating and responsive at all times. The villa is lovely inside, very clean and equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals and live comfortably for the week. The pool is the perfect size but the beach nearby is also lovely. We did not have a car and found that the local shop had everything we needed to cook, and the nearby pizzeria was great when we wanted a meal out. We also went into Albufiera a few times and found it very easy and affordable to get there by taxi. Overall we had a perfect week in the Algarve, and would definitely return to the villa next year!

A casa apresenta boas condiçÔes mas no entanto a manutenção e equipamento não esta cuidado nem conforme : churrasqueira muito suja com grelhas muito desgastadas além de sujas, inoperacional; trem de cozinha velho, usado e sujo; guarda sol partido e desmontado; fracos utensilios como o saca-rolhas partido; sofas da sala muito antigos; mesa de apoio da sala de estar sem suporte lateral com o risco de cair e partir os vidros; portas de acesso ao jardim estragadas; e outras situaçÔes. Além da limpeza também a segurança dos hospedes esta em risco continuo.

Excelente propriedade e com optima localização

Casa muito bem localizada, e com boas condiçÔes para famílias numerosas e com crianças pequenas, como era o nosso caso. Boa piscina e espaço exterior muito agradåvel. Relativamente perto da linda praia da falésia. O nosso anfitrião, ANA, e colaboradores super atenciosos. RECOMENDO!

Nice ten days in the algarve

The villa was plenty big enough for three families with children. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The outside space was nice and the sun is on the pool area all afternoon. Ana was very attentive prior to our stay and helped in organising transfers and Antonio greeted us at the property and showed us round. There was often a smell of sewage in and around the property which was unpleasant but the villa was not unclean. I would recommend getting a hire car as the villa is quite some distance to the supermarket. There are a few restaurants and a small shop within walking distance and the beach is really close. It is a good base to explore other parts of the algarve

Fantastic family holiday.

Beautifully maintained spacious villa that suited three families perfectly. Nice personal touch that Antonio was there on arrival to greet us & again to say goodbye on our departure.. Beach/ supermarket / few restaurants all within a short walk. We would highly recommend the tapas , Pedro & family looked after us really well . However we found the walk to Falesia square is a good twenty minutes along a busy road. Overall a great family holiday in a beautiful villa !

We stayed at the house for 9 days and we enjoyed it very much. A nice house with a beautiful pool .
