On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to a covered roofed terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the garden, offering a pleasant connection to the outdoor spaces. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with WC.
