The star of this hotel is the staff, every person including housekeepers, front desk, breakfast personnel would greet you with a smile and I felt genuinely appreciated that I was a guest.

Great Stay

Even in the madness of the balloon, fiesta crowd, the staff was extraordinarily friendly, polite, and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I will stay there again.

This hotel is the best we’ve stayed at in the Albuquerque area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are a lot of options around the hotel for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options from day to day. The facilities were well kept and clean. We will stay here the next time we go to the Albuquerque area.

Breakfast options were better than most hotels. In the evenings they had hot dogs, nachos, cookies set out;which was a nice touch. Rooms and hotel seemed clean, had an issue with our shower head but Irene took care of it. She was out and about every morning and evening during our stay making sure all customers were happy! We really appreciate it!!
