Dated building and property! It needs attention AS

Well, I arrived late from my flight. I called to let them know I was on my way. There was no parking because about 6-7 cars were occupying two spaces. The empty side appeared vulnerable to theft or vandalism. I had to park next to other vehicles in the middle. Then, when I was getting my room, I was told they may not have one cleaned and ready for me. I asked her to check. It took me two hours to settle into my room. Bedtime was 2 am. The hotel is dated and unkept, but the room was clean, as were the bed and sheets. The coverlet at the foot of the bed had a cigeratte hole. The coffee was tasty. I missed breakfast. For a quick sleepover, I had to do it. I was exhausted.

Disgusting

Never in my life have I seen a Hotel so filthy and disgusting. I was not going to make my family stay there we checked out as soon as we saw how nasty our room and Mattresses were. We eneded up leaving Albuquerque and sleeping in our Truck at a TA. They charge $100 deposit incase anything was broken upon checkout. There were several things broken prior to our arrival. Working on my refund. I advise Hotels.com remove this place from their website if they dont please avoid this disgusting place.

The price was the best we found... especially last minute! The very friendly, personable and helpful Check In Manager was fantastic! She also answered all questions on future visits, as well as letting us know HOTEL 505 will price match! Reserving our room and check in were seamless! We had a very bad experience with an online reservation with the hotel we have used for years...which brought us here. We were thankful to find the best rate with HOTEL 505, as well as great customer care!

I liked having a balcony. Room wasn't bad either. But the hotel as a whole was dirty, staff was not real hospitable, limited parking on premises, and some shady activity in the parking lot after dark.

Staff was great. The hotel was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Comforter was dirty. Tub had holes patched in the bottom. Walls were dirty. Hotel needs to be refurbished.

Very disappointing. I was pit in a corner room that did not have a security lock on the door or on the sliding glass door to the balcony. I had to use a hanger and a chair to ensure my safety. The room had damage on the walls, the curtains were ragged, and the bathtub was stained and chipped in multiple places. The sheets were stained and had hair on them so didn’t sleep under them. The towels had stains all over them as well. The bedside lamp was broken. I booked the room with Hotels.com and waited over 45 minutes to check in because they said they had no record of my booking. Then, once the booking came through, it was for June 1st instead of May 30th. I couldn’t get a refund or help from the front desk on fixing the issue. I ended up paying for another night just to be able to rest. Needless to say, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the website and I didn’t get much rest. I am still waiting on a refund from the hotel.

Worked for what we needed

It was a last minute booking and the cheapest we could find. So we were happy about that. The shower head sprayed up at the ceiling and there was some mold growing on the ceiling. Told the front desk staff about it.
